Introduction: Why study Hegel?

In 1847 the London Communist League (Karl Marx and Frederick Engels) used Hegel's theory of the dialectic to back up their economic theory of communism. Now, in the 21st century, Hegelian-Marxist thinking affects our entire social and political structure. The Hegelian dialectic is the framework for guiding our thoughts and actions into conflicts that lead us to a predetermined solution. If we do not understand how the Hegelian dialectic shapes our perceptions of the world, then we do not know how we are helping to implement the vision. When we remain locked into dialectical thinking, we cannot see out of the box.

Hegel's dialectic is the tool which manipulates us into a frenzied circular pattern of thought and action. Every time we fight for or defend against an ideology we are playing a necessary role in Marx and Engels' grand design to advance humanity into a dictatorship of the proletariat. The synthetic Hegelian solution to all these conflicts can't be introduced unless we all take a side that will advance the agenda. The Marxist's global agenda is moving along at breakneck speed. The only way to completely stop the privacy invasions, expanding domestic police powers, land grabs, insane wars against inanimate objects (and transient verbs), covert actions, and outright assaults on individual liberty, is to step outside the dialectic. This releases us from the limitations of controlled and guided thought.

A few years ago, I first learned of the camps. 600+ FEMA internment camps within these United States. They are what some are calling our future concentration camps. They are there and there by executive order. It's a fact that cannot be denied. While researching the location of the camps, I was made aware that some, like the ones in Alaska, are only accessible by air and rail transportation. It was this fact that brought me to a new reality. A new found fear of trains. Many researchers have cited the existence of over 107, white, UN railroad cars that have been built by independent contractors in the United States.

These cars can hold dozens of prisoners and have, on numerous occasions, been shown to have 135 human shackles in each car. These would be the cars that FEMA would transfer such terrorists/dissidents to their forced labor, internment, or concentration camps. [C I L F=civilian inmate labor facility] A terrorist who may have only been a peaceful protestor at the Republican National Convention. Or perhaps an individual who had an interest in the wrong book at the library. (A reference to the post 9/11 "What if America, Wasn't America?" line of commercials.)

Upon the instigation of martial law, FEMA's infamous "RED and BLUE" List, with over 6 million Americans marked for priority arrest, would determine the location of your camp and your fate. It would be the beginning of many more arrests to come. But even if you deny the existence of that list, this one fact cannot be ignored: someone, for some reason, would be on a train to a FEMA camp in a time of national emergency.

Speaking on anonymity, an employee of a manufacturer of railcars stated that Gunderson Rail Car Co. received a contract to build over 400 boxcars. These boxcars were ordered and paid for by the UN. They were white and they had shackles built into them. Shackles possibly for a brother, a sister, a mother, or you. Another company was making the boxcars as well. A company called Thrall Railcar. Thrall Rail Car merged with Trinity Industries, Inc. in October of 2001 to form the Trinity Rail Group. [One location of 'Trinity' is Springfield, Missouri, close to The Burlington Northern Railway.

For those of you who believe in David Icke's views on occult symbolism in corporate logos, I'll simply add that Trinity Industries has "3 pyramids" in their logo. If you don't, I'll also add that on the Board of Directors of Trinity Rail Group is Craig J. Duchossois. He is a heavy contributor to the Bush-Cheney 04, Inc. re-election campaign and labeled a Pioneer.

A Pioneer is someone who has contributed more than $100,000 to the re-election campaign. Craig J. Duchossois is also Chairman of the The Chamberlain Group - a group that sells access and security products for homes and businesses around the world including biometrics.

Now the white boxcars sometimes have been cited to have such labels as "Kansas City Southern" on the side to make them appear more inconspicuous. Boxcars would typically have a number like CSXT 119626 on the side, which is a reporting mark indicating who owns the car and the number being how to route them.

Perhaps the people ordering the boxcars, don't want you to know where you're going but simply who sent you there so you know before you die.

I chose to find out now. Kansas City Southern is a transportation holding company that has railroad investments in the U.S., Mexico, and Panama. KCS's rail holdings and investments are primary components of a NAFTA railway system that links commercial and industrial centers of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. One of KCS's Directors is Robert J. Druten.

Druten is also the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hallmark Cards, Inc. But why would a VP of Greeting Cards be on the Board of Directors for a Railroad Company?

Hallmark coincidentally has been chosen every year of Bush's presidency to produce presidential holiday cards. Robert Druten along with Hallmark have also been making re-election campaign contributions to George W. Bush. As previously stated, KCS has railroad investments in Panama.

A country that George Bush Sr. invaded before Desert Storm under the pretext of Manuel Noriega's Drug Trafficking. Some say it was the practice invasion for Iraq. So what if KCS has offices in one of the largest drug smuggling ports in the world? If Bush Senior and Junior are truly tied up with KCS, it is entirely possible that key CIA drug smuggling has been primarily coming through our railroad system.

From Panama, up through Mexico, into Texas, straight on to Houston, Dallas (a.k.a. Bush Central) all on KCS rail lines (along with Union Pacific). On December 4, 2003, KCS announced in Pro-Homeland fashion that it has become a certified member of the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program, which is run by U.S. Customs and Border Protection of the Department of Homeland Security.

It's important to note that one of the motivations for companies to participate in the CTPAT is that they will be rewarded with fewer customs inspections when their cargo arrives in the US.

They are agreeing to "self assess" their security under the CTPAT guidelines in exchange for less custom inspections. Sounds like a great program. It almost sounds like letting a student grade his own homework, and for every "A" he gets to skip a day of class.

To further play devil's advocate, I believe this announcement simply places them under a more suspect connection to our government and FEMA control by establishing the history of a relationship with Homeland Security. Under executive order #11005 the government can take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities in a time of national emergency. Conveniently, all executive orders that would allot FEMA the ability to suspend the constitution are omitted from their own website in their own "executive orders" section.

Why would they even want to control the rails? Why do they not want you to know they have that power? During his role as governor of Texas, George W. Bush met with with Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo on multiple occasions. Incidentally in 2001, President Zedillo was appointed to Union Pacific's Board of Directors.

He now has a seat on the boards of the Alcoa and Procter & Gamble corporations and a resume very similar to VP Dick Cheney. Oddly enough, Dick Cheney also served on the Board of Directors for Proctor & Gamble and served on Union Pacific's Board during Zedillo's presidency. What are the odds? Due to a bad economy and poor leadership, Zedillo was bailed out by the Clinton Administration to save his administration.

Conditions of the bailout required Mexico to deposit all of its export oil revenues as collateral in the Wall Street branch of the U.S. Federal Reserve. This gave the NWO oil cabal even more control over the world's oil supply. The ex-president also advises the prestigious Council on Foreign Relations, the UN, and David Rockefeller's Trilateral Commission.

While Zedillo was President and George Bush was governor of Texas, KCS won a $1.4 billon bid which doubled it's track mileage and made it a key player in growing U.S. Mexican trade by operating Mexico's busiest rail line into the United States.

Perhaps Zedillo and Bush were discussing more than Border Patrol. Let me go back to Gunderson Rail Car Co. which is a subsidiary of the Greenbrier Companies.

The Greenbriar companies are a leading supplier of transportation equipment and services to the railroad industry. One of Greenbrier's major European companies is Greenbrier Germany which was obtained in 2000. Greenbrier Germany is a design and marketing group for rail cars. Perhaps the NWO likes German designs on their transports to concentration camps.

They worked so well in the past. On June 17, 2004, the Greenbrier Companies announced that it has received orders from TTX for nearly 7,000 railcars valued at approximately $400 million principally for production in North America.

It is the largest single award Greenbrier has ever received. In all, Greenbrier owns over 12,000 railcars and performs management services for approximately 113,000 railcars. I wonder how many boxcars they have "off the record" for those clients that cannot be acknowledged.

Finally, TTX has a friend of Cheney's on the Board of Directors, Mr. Robert M. Knight, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Union Pacific. They worked together when Cheney was on the Board. Why is a friend of Cheney's giving them the largest single order Greenbrier has ever received? What does Bush/Cheney have planned for 2005-2006.

What does the NWO have planned? Bush and Cheney have been shown to have ties to KCS, Union Pacific, Trinity Rail Car, The Chamberlain Group, and The Greenbrier Companies, after only a small amount of internet research. Imagine what you could learn if you followed up on this.

After I began writing this article I was outside and heard a train whistle in the moonlight. For a few moments I felt the sensation of a Jew in Nazi Germany. Despite any problems one may have with the above information, you still have to acknowledge the camps.

Those FEMA internment or what some would call, concentration camps. New camps are going up every day. Camps that can only be accessed by Train.

May 19, 2006 1000 PST – (FTW) – LOS ANGELES - Today the Pentagon released a few more frames of video from a surveillance camera that recorded the explosion at the Pentagon on 9/11. The alleged rationale for their timing has to do with the Moussaoui trial; showing the video any earlier supposedly would have compromised the proceedings (somehow), but now that he’s been through the system, the frames can be shown. The shorter edit we’ve all been watching for five years does not include these new frames at the beginning, which show the Boeing 757.
Or they show an indistinct length of white that instantly disappears into the blooming fireball.
Or they show the contrail of a rocket-propelled missile.
Or they show an artificially interpolated streak of white pixels.
Or they show Superman running at lightning speed.
What matters is the propaganda value of releasing this particular document at this particular time. At FTW we feel vindicated. Like John Judge and Mark Robinowitz, we realized very early that the question of Flight 77 would cost everyone more than it was worth. As for what hit the Pentagon, I reckon it was AA77 (I used to think otherwise), but I don’t want to add a line to the impassioned terabytes that have been written on this issue. What’s crucial, from our perspective, is what happens to the legal case for means, motive, and opportunity that Mike Ruppert was the first to construct in Crossing the Rubicon: The Decline of the American Empire at the End of the Age of Oil. That is the moral heart of the mass murders of 9/11: specific individuals had the means, motive, and opportunity to achieve the horrors in question, and there is more than enough non-physical evidence to convict them in an impartial court. The physical evidence is a snake-pit, no matter what the truth is. Who controls the physical evidence? The scrap metal from the WTC, the black boxes, the debris? Who controls the release or retention of surveillance videotapes? The war machine and its fractious minions at Langley.
Arguing about the physical evidence not only divides and exhausts the truth movement, it also links the very question of 9/11 truth to the most vulnerable hypotheses suggested in answer. Why? Because in our War McNews culture, the public’s attention is caught by the more shocking, more absurd, more simplistic stories—no plane hit the Pentagon, no planes hit the towers, holograms, pods, King Kong—whereas only a few literate men and women will take the time to read a lengthy investigation of exactly who did what and when. Now that five years have elapsed, and the very idea of government complicity is popularly associated with the “no-plane” hypothesis, PRESTO! Here are the missing frames of film to confirm that there was no government complicity. It doesn’t matter what the frames actually show. What matters is the talk at the water cooler: “Lee Harvey Oswald Acts Alone, Pilots Boeing 747 Into Pentagon, Caught on Film.”

The Pentagon on Tuesday released the first video images of American Airlines Flight 77 crashing into the military headquarters building and killing 189 people in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
The images, recorded by Pentagon security cameras outside the building, were made public in response to a December 2004 Freedom of Information Act request by Judicial Watch, a public interest group. Some still images from the video had previously been leaked and publicly circulated, but this was the first official release.
The airplane is a thin white blur on the video as it slams into the Pentagon at ground level. Almost instantly a white flash and a huge orange fireball appear on the video, followed by a tower of gray-black smoke. One of the videos shows a Pentagon police car driving in the direction of the impact point shortly after the plane hit.
Traveling at an estimated 530 mph, the hijacked plane plowed into the southwest side of the Pentagon at 9:38 a.m. EDT, shortly after two other hijacked airlines were flown into the twin towers at the World Trade Center in New York. The attack set off fires in a portion of the Pentagon and killed 125 people inside, in addition to the 59 passengers and crew and the five men who hijacked the plane after it took off from nearby Dulles International Airport.
Debra Burlingame, whose brother Charles was the pilot of the American Airlines plane, said in a telephone interview that she realized Pentagon officials were compelled to release the videos under the Freedom of Information Act. But she said the images provide no new information about what happened that day. Ms. Burlingame said she doubted that release of the videos would do anything to dispel the many conspiracy theories, including the claim by some that the Pentagon was hit by a missile. The Pentagon videos provide only the briefest glimpse of the plane as it hits the building; the images were recorded on cameras designed to record license plates of vehicles entering the Pentagon grounds and were too slow to capture the airplane's approach.
The Pentagon had previously refused to release the videos, saying they had been provided to the Justice Department as evidence in any criminal proceedings.
"We fought hard to obtain this video because we felt that it was very important to complete the public record with respect to the terrorist attacks of September 11," said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch.
Cheryl Irwin, a Pentagon spokeswoman, said families of the victims of the Pentagon attack were not consulted before the videos were released on the Pentagon's Web site.

While all the other points I mentioned in a previous post are fairly well documented and discussed elsewhere on the Internet, the bank information I reported is not. This information is from my own experience and research. I discovered the disturbing news quite by accident - and by virtue of its importance, I decided to post my findings here and on a few other forums.
What did I hear?
A family member from Irvine, CA (who’s a branch manager at Bank of America) told us two weeks ago that her bank held a "workshop" where the last two days were dedicated to discussing their bank’s new security measures. During these last two days, the workshop included members from the Homeland Security Office who instructed them on how to field calls from customers and what they are to tell them in the event of a national disaster. She said they were told how only agents from Homeland Security (during such an event) would be in charge of opening safe deposit boxes and determining what items would be given to bank customers.
At this point they were told that no weapons, cash, gold, or silver will be allowed to leave the bank - only various paperwork will be given to its owners. After discussing the matter with them at length, she and the other employees were then told not to discuss the subject with anyone.
The family member has since given her notice to quit the bank.
I found the news alarming and decided to find out more myself. On a trip to my bank here in Houston, I remarked to a young bank employee (who’s new there), "well I guess you’ve been told all that stuff by the manager and the Homeland Security about what to tell your customers" - and to my amazement, the young woman came right out and said yes she’d been through all that, then whispered to me across the counter, "but we’re not supposed to talk about - I could lose my job."
Why haven’t you heard more about this?
First of all, since maybe only banks’ upper management is privy to the new "rules", the information doesn’t trickle down so easily.
Also keep in mind that employees have been told NOT to say anything about this, that it’s a matter of National Security (with an allusion toward arrest if they do). They face possibly losing their job too. Another reason is that bank employees may not think it’s important, or they believe they’re a unique part of the effort towards curtailing "terrorism" and helping America’s internal defenses.
It is also important to realize that not everyone’s a writer, or Internet savvy - even if the employees moved beyond their banks’ warnings & constraints, most people don’t know how to get their experience published on the Web in the public domain - it’s a mystery they are not familiar with so you never hear their story.
How to get the information yourself:
Visit your bank, ask a few well-worded questions, being careful not to arouse suspicion - if that doesn’t work, talk to friends and other family members - maybe they’ve heard something - or as a last resort, just point blank call the bank manager in private and demand to know what’s all this business with the Homeland Security deciding what I can have from my safe deposit box - tell me now or I’ll close my account today.
I’ll bet if you put forth the effort you’ll get the answers you want.
What should you do with this information?
I’m not trying to "scare" anyone - just providing some news I think is relevant to Americans. Each must find his way through this dark forest - you will do with this information what best suits you and your loved ones - me personally, I see this as another indicator of how the criminals in charge over our lives intend to fleece U.S. citizens completely then dispose of them as only refuse.

General Ralph Eberhart, who was in charge of air defense on 9-11, was the first commander of "Northern Command," the domestic unified military command established in October 2002. If the domestic use of the U.S. military escalates into full-scale martial law, the Northern Command would essentially manage it. WASHINGTON -- National landmarks such as the Washington Monument, Ellis Island and the Gateway Arch in St. Louis could be shut down.Planes could be grounded, trains could stop running, and bridges and tunnels could be closed. U.S. borders might be sealed off, and roadblocks might be set up on interstates and other major highways.The United States is prepared to go into lockdown mode if the government should raise the nation's terror alert to Code Red, the highest threat level for terrorism. Code Red means there is a severe risk of terrorist attack, or that an attack is imminent or may already be under way."It essentially means you stop doing everything except protecting yourself," said Dave McIntyre, deputy director of the Anser Institute for Homeland Security, a nonprofit research group in Arlington, Va.Homeland security officials have put Americans on notice to brace for the possibility of terrorist attacks while the country is at war with Iraq. The threat level was raised to orange, the second highest, just two days before the war began March 19."There are no plans, nor have their been any discussions, about elevating the threat level to Code Red," said Gordon Johndroe, spokesman for the Department of Homeland Security.To trigger such an alert, U.S. intelligence would have to be "very specific, credible, corroborated [and] provide us with information such as time, date, location" of a possible attack, Johndroe said.Still, federal, state and local officials across the country are going over emergency plans to be prepared in the event that the terror level should be raised to red.Homeland security officials have been vague about what protective measures might be taken under Code Red.But Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge has said such measures might be similar to those put in place Sept. 11, 2001, which means planes could be grounded, borders closed, government buildings shut down and road and rail traffic curtailed.The specific response would depend on the nature of the threat.It's doubtful that the entire country would be placed under a Code Red alert, McIntyre said. A more realistic scenario is that a red alert would result from a specific threat to a particular region or industry.If, for example, there were a terrorist threat against the trucking industry in the Southeast, truck traffic might be temporarily halted in that region but be allowed to continue elsewhere, McIntyre said.Code Red wouldn't mean automatic closure of the Washington Monument and other national landmarks. But superintendents at national parks have been advised that shutting down the facilities is an option at their discretion, said David Barna, a spokesman for the National Park Service.Security was tightened at eight high-profile landmarks, including the Washington Monument, the Liberty Bell pavilion and the Statue of Liberty, after Sept. 11 because they are symbols of democracy and are thus potential terrorist targets, Barna said.Visitors at those landmarks now face airport-security type measures, such as metal detectors, bag searches and checks for explosive devices. Patrols also have been stepped up since the terror alert was raised to orange.But Barna said the landmarks would remain open if possible because they are places of solace that should be available to the public in times of war.A Code Red alert also serves as an advisory to state and local officials, who then must decide whether to put in place protective measures. Emergency plans will vary with each community, but might include calling up the National Guard, closing government buildings and shutting down key roads and bridges.Some schools have plans to lock down their facilities during Code Red and already have begun advising parents not to rush to pick up their children.Residents would be advised to stay away from gathering places, such as sporting events, and listen to the radio or television for instructions. They should be prepared to leave if necessary, but should remain in their homes or offices until they are instructed to leave, McIntyre said."The worst thing you can do is to flee without reason," which could create gridlock on the streets and keep emergency vehicles from getting through, he said.Emergency measures taken under Code Red would be expensive and aren't intended to remain in effect for extended periods, McIntyre said

WASHINGTON - A federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that the government can hold U.S. citizens as enemy combatants during wartime without the constitutional protections afforded Americans in criminal prosecutions.In overturning a lower court ruling, the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Va., said the status of 21-year-old Yaser Esam Hamdi as a citizen did not change the fact he was captured in Afghanistan while fighting alongside Taliban and al-Qaida fighters."Judicial review does not disappear during wartime, but the review of battlefield captures in overseas conflicts is a highly deferential one" to the government, the judges wrote.Attorney General John Ashcroft hailed the decision, calling it "an important victory for the president's ability to protect the American people in times of war.""Detention of enemy combatants prevents them from rejoining the enemy and continuing to fight against America and its allies, and has long been upheld by our nation's courts, regardless of the citizenship of the enemy combatant," Ashcroft said in a statement.Hamdi was captured in Afghanistan in November 2001 after a prison uprising by suspected Taliban and al-Qaida members. He was transported along with hundreds of other alleged enemy soldiers to a prison at the U.S. Navy base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.It was discovered Hamdi had been born in Louisiana to Saudi parents, who later returned with their son to Saudi Arabia.He has been held in a naval brig in Norfolk, Va., since April.Hamdi's case is seen by some as a major legal test case to determine the government's ability to hold citizens without access to a lawyer or the courts. If Hamdi can be imprisoned in a military jail with few of the constitutional protections afforded Americans facing criminal prosecution, critics say, then other U.S. citizens could be similarly held.A federal judge in Norfolk, Va., agreed, ruling in August that Hamdi should at least have a right to a lawyer and a chance to see the government's evidence against him.The circuit court agreed that the case raises serious questions about the rights of citizens but concluded that, in wartime, the government's authority is supreme in deciding who may be held indefinitely.Hamdi, the judges said, was "squarely within the zone of active combat" when captured and is being lawfully detained. There is a 17.4 mile fence, guarded by 120 Marines,separating the base from Cuba. He was one of about 3500 troops,sailors, Coast Guard and intelligence agents on the base working atthe Navy airstrip and harbor, and the prison.The U.S. Southern Command established The Joint Task Force- Guantanamoto command the base. It states that its mission is to support detaineeoperation activities at the Holding Facility for Al Qaeda, Taliban orother terrorist personnel that come under US control as a result ofthe ongoing War on Terrorism, and also to serve as the Department ofDefense's focal point for interrogation operations in support ofOperation Enduring Freedom.Camp Delta, Guantanamo is a concentration camp. Except for Auschwitz'smass slaughter of its prisoners, Guantanamo is run no differently fromManzanar or the German equivalents during WWII. Like Auschwitz,Guantanamo is housed on foreign soil but controlled by the invadingcountry.Cpt. Yousef Lee was one of the few who had contact with the prisonersat this concentration camp.The US government has systematically denied the human rights of those660 imprisoned there. Some of them are teenagers, some are older than80 years old. Attempted suicides, torture and the development of newtorture and control techniques is occurring in the name of theAmerican people.The government is step-by-step eliminating all contact from anyonehaving contact with the prisoners. The Lynn Stewart case is anindication that this government will attempt to disbar any attorneywho provides defense and support to the "terrorist" clients.After lawyers, who else would have access to the prisoners that thegovernment would eliminate? Chaplains. Thus, Chaplain Yee is arrestedand confined.Who is next next in line? Translators. Ahmad Al-Halabi and Ahmed FathyMehalba. Both currently confined in military brigs. They also had theopportunity to meet solo with some of the prisoners.The Camp Delta prisoners are held incommunicado, no charges, nocounsel. By excluding attorneys, chaplains, translators, the media,and human rights organizations, the prisoners are left to theinterrogators and prison guards.As with any concentration camp, ultimately the fact that it existswill come back to haunt us as a people. Yee should be set freeimmediately -- Camp Delta should be shut down and the entire base atGuantanamo returned to the Cuban people.

A caveat on page one of the directive said, "Keeping the government functioning after a nuclear war is a secret, costly project that detractors claim jeopardizes US traditions and saves a privileged few." According to Royce there was a heated debate within the Carter administration as to just what constituted an "emergency."The issue arose again during the Iran-Contra affair, but even in the wake of all the copy on that scandal, the public got little sense of how far some America's soldiers of fortune were willing to go to achieve their ends. When the Iran-Contra hearings came close to the matter, chair Senator Inouye backed swiftly away. Here is an excerpt from those hearings. Oliver North is at the witness table:

With few exceptions, the media ignored what well could be the most startling revelation to have come out of the Iran/Contra affair, namely that high officials of the US government were planning a possible military/civilian coup. First among the exceptions was the Miami Herald, which on July 5, 1987, ran the story to which Jack Brooks referred. The article, by Alfonzo Chardy, revealed Oliver North's involvement in plans for the Federal Emergency Management Agency to take over federal, state and local functions during an ill-defined national emergency.The Constitution does not directly address the question of what should happen in the midst of a major national catastrophe. But neither does it give the slightest support to notions of turning matters over to non-elected civilian or military officials with plenary powers. The best guide is to be found in Amendment Ten which states that the powers of the federal government are those delegated to it by the states and the people. The states and the people have not delegated the power of martial law. Thus in a true crisis (such as a nuclear attack) the answer seems quite plain: the country would be run as a loose confederation of fifty states until a legitimate federal government could be re-established. In the interim, the highest constitutional officials in the land would be the governors.

One of General Ashcroft's campaigns that has received a minimum of coverage in the press are efforts to set up detention and internment camps in the United States as part of preparations for the possibility of declaring martial law. This past summer, journalist Ritt Goldstein wrote two articles -- "Foundations are in place for martial law in the US" and "Internment Camps and Authoritarian US Fast Becoming Reality" [49] -- that detail how "democratic freedoms which have long defined American life are under seige." http://www.ratical.org/ratville/CAH/martialLaw.html http://www.ratical.org/ratville/CAH/internment.htmlThis goes back to President Jimmy Carter's creation of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) through Executive Order 12148 in 1979. While FEMA's charter originally called for planning and training activities concerning "natural disasters, nuclear war, the possibility of enemy attack on U.S. territory, and incidents involving domestic civil unrest," it was with the advent of the Reagan era in 1981 that FEMA's scope was augmented to be a "national emergency" entity, headed by a federal "emergency czar".[50]"The birth of FEMA's dark side originated in secret during the Reagan administration. FEMA's domestic disaster management role was then broadened to allow it to practice for the imposition of martial law and the internment of so-called aliens and radicals. During this period, a joint exercise was held with the military to prepare for such a contingency, Rex-84. Concurrently, FEMA began assembling files on those whom the Agency might target. . . . The exercise's purpose was to test military capabilities in anticipation of `civil disturbances, major demonstrations', incidentally illustrating the evolution of civil defense into civil control." [51]After a period of abuse of power, culminating with the constitutional crisis later labeled Iran Contra (which was never fully revealed in public as vital moments during congressional hearings were conducted behind closed doors [52]), then Attorney General William French Smith concluded that activities FEMA had been involved in were openly unconstitutional including compiling dossiers on those it might seek to intern. "The FBI challenged FEMA's right to pursue domestic spying, resulting in FEMA's turning over `12,000 political dossiers' to the Bureau." [53]FEMA's involvement in martial law plans surfaced momentarily during the Iran Contra hearings. What was arguably the most important question of those hearings never got a public answer. In July 2002, Southwestern University School of Law Professor Butler Shaffer pondered the question, "Will a Police State Protect Your Liberty?":"It requires no great genius or years of scholarly study to understand how the future is implicit in the present. In July, 1987, the Miami Herald, along with some other newspapers, ran news stories about secret plans, in the Reagan White House, to suspend the Constitution, establish martial law, turn over the functioning of the US government to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and have military commanders running state and local governments, in the event of a national crisis. One of the architects of this plan was the conservative godling, Lt. Col. Oliver North. There were even rumors, in some circles, that government concentration camps were being readied for such a possibility."While news of such a plan failed to arouse the attention of most legislators, there was one -- Congressman Jack Brooks of Texas -- who, during the Iran-Contra hearings then being conducted, sought to question North about such reports. Brooks was quickly cut off by the Committee chairman, Hawaii Senator Daniel Inouye. In the New York Times report of July 14, 1987, Inouye told Brooks: `that question touches upon a highly sensitive and classified area,' to which Brooks responded: `I read in Miami papers and several others that there had been a plan developed, by that same agency [NSC], a contingency plan in the event of emergency, that would suspend the American Constitution.' Inouye concluded: `May I most respectfully request that that matter not be touched upon, at this stage. If we wish to get into this, I'm certain arrangements can be made for an executive session.' In other words, Sen. Inouye was determined to live up to the pronunciation of his name: `in no way' are we going to let the public know what we have planned for them!" [54]It is not publically known what process and command structures of FEMA's past are deceased, dormant or active today. Goldstein cites an August 15th 2002 Los Angeles Times story recounting ``Ashcroft's announced desire to create "camps for US citizens he deems to be `enemy combatants'" [and that] Ashcroft aides "have indicated that a `high-level committee' will recommend which citizens are to be stripped of their constitutional rights and sent to Ashcroft's new camps"''.[55] This is described in conjunction with a July 15th NewsMax.com story that FEMA is pursuing a "crash effort" to build "sprawling temporary cities to handle millions".John Ashcroft resorts to euphemistic subterfuge when he pretends that he can simply rename a citizen of the U.S. as an "enemy combatant". With Ashcroft's penchant for portraying 9-11 as an act of war, he is now seeking to strip any American he wants to target of their constitutional rights and liberties by labeling them "enemy combatant". In terms of Americans, General Ashcroft should call such person's "enemy citizens" since such person is still protected by our constitutional system of law, even if Ashcroft would rather deny them their rights.Given General Ashcroft's zeal to create camps for U.S. citizens he deems to be "enemy combatants" (although FEMA's public claim is to handle millions of displaced persons in the event of a terrorist attack), it is not unreasonable to expect such camps will be employed to intern Americans. What would be Ashcroft's grounds for internment? Many people will go to the streets to challenge the brazen and continued aggrandizement of power in the hands of the Chief Executive and his officers if another alleged terrorist attack supplies them with more justification to identify and lock up enemy citizens.FEMA's activities during Reagan's terms included national training exercises in preparation for a suspension of the constitution in case of massive domestic political turmoil. The Department of Homeland Security intends to "build upon the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as one of its key components." [56] Goldstein stresses that FEMA's 1980s downfall (of pursuing openly unconstitutional goals) "was a direct outgrowth of its pursuit of proactive methods, its attempt to legitimize the assumption of extraordinary powers under the very cloak of `counterterrorism'.""At present, the final contents and disposition of the Reagan security initiatives, part of a national crisis plan, remains beyond public knowledge. But given the `War On Terror's' scope, even if a formal crisis is not declared, speculation exists that a de facto drift into an effective deployment of FEMA's crisis powers could occur. And this February, the former FEMA executive, John Brinkerhoff, who reportedly drafted the martial law/internment portions of the national crisis plan, revealed it was `approved by Reagan, and actions were taken to implement it.'" Given last December's performance, when he aggressively bullied the Senate Judiciary Committee with extreme doublespeak such as "To those who scare peace-loving people with phantoms of lost liberty, my message is this: your tactics only aid terrorists" and "terrorists are taught how to use America's freedoms as a weapon against us", it would be more accurate to charge the General with applying newspeak tactics to promote his idea of freedoms as a weapon against the people of this nation-state.It is not clear how far the General's zealotry will carry him and us. Nat Hentoff, writing on September 4th about "General Ashcroft's Detention Camps, Time to Call for His Resignation" notes the status of two American citizens, Yaser Esam Hamdi and Jose Padilla, currently "locked up in military brigs as `enemy combatants.'""In Hamdi's case, the government claims it can hold him for interrogation in a floating navy brig off Norfolk, Virginia, as long as it needs to. When Federal District Judge Robert Doumar asked the man from the Justice Department how long Hamdi is going to be locked up without charges, the government lawyer said he couldn't answer that question. The Bush administration claims the judiciary has no right to even interfere. . . ."Returning to General Ashcroft's plans for American enemy combatants, an August 8 New York Times editorial -- written before those plans were revealed -- said: `The Bush administration seems to believe, on no good legal authority, that if it calls citizens combatants in the war on terrorism, it can imprison them indefinitely and deprive them of lawyers. This defiance of the courts repudiates two centuries of constitutional law and undermines the very freedoms that President Bush says he is defending in the struggle against terrorism.'"Meanwhile, as the camps are being prepared, the braying Terry McAuliffe and the pack of Democratic presidential aspirants are campaigning on corporate crime, with no reference to the constitutional crimes being committed by Bush and Ashcroft. As Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis prophesied: "The greatest menace to freedom is an inert people." And an inert Democratic leadership." [59]As with the bedrock of law in the international arena, we are now witnessing the Bush II repudiation of two centuries of the domestic span of constitutional law undermining the basis of freedoms we presume to be cast in concrete and impermeable to the wiles of such aggrandizement of power. This nullification is being justified behind the all-encompassing façade of a holy "war" against, not a another national entity, but an ambiguous idea that means different things to different people. The supine leadership of Congress is in collusion with this renunciation of constitutional law proceeding apace, given that Congress is not exercising its constitutionally mandated powers of oversight over the Department of Justice.Last month Mr. Hentoff wrote about retired California Congressman Don Edwards as "the Congressman from the Constitution". On August 10th Edwards received the American Bar Association's Thurgood Marshall Award for his "unswerving devotion to the Constitution and its values throughout his career.""He served in the House from 1962 to 1995; for 23 years, Don was chair of the House Subcommittee on Civil and Constitutional Rights-which has oversight of the FBI. Himself a former FBI agent, Don set unprecedentedly high standards for containing the FBI within the bounds of the Constitution, very much including the Bill of Rights. . . ."In the 1970s, Edwards -- along with Senator Frank Church and his committee -- exposed the FBI's pervasive abuses of civil liberties in J. Edgar Hoover's Cointelpro (counter-intelligence program), which monitored, infiltrated, and disrupted entirely lawful civil rights and anti-war organizations."Edwards . . . worked with Gerald Ford's attorney general Edward Levi in formulating FBI investigative guidelines faithful to the Constitution. It is these guidelines that John Ashcroft has contemptuously discarded in order to allow the FBI to go back to the hunting fields of Cointelpro."Characteristically, Edwards, though respected even by his opponents in Congress, refused a repeated request that he join the Intelligence Committee. He said that the people's business should be done in public, and through his influence in the House he blocked various expansions of unreviewable intelligence-authorization powers."Recently, I asked Don Edwards what he thought of the Bush-Ashcroft conception of the Bill of Rights. `The Bill of Rights,' he said, `is under assault. For example, locking people up-citizens or noncitizens-without being charged and without access to a lawyer is wrong. Under our system of justice, you must have a lawyer if you're imprisoned."`Also,' he added vigorously, `Congress is not exercising its oversight powers over the Department of Justice, including the FBI. In fact, there is "some truth," he concludes, to the Latin maxim "inter arma silent leges" — in time of war, the law is silent.With all of the war talk today — the so-called war on terror and the prospect of a real one in Iraq — it may sound as if the chief justice is laying the groundwork for a drastic rollback in civil liberties. But these reflections come from a history book, "All the Laws but One: Civil Liberties in Wartime," that he wrote four years ago. When it came out, "All the Laws but One" seemed like an academic exercise. But with several major terrorism cases headed to the Supreme Court, court watchers are starting to pick it up as a possible guidebook.If Mr. Rehnquist the jurist sees the world as Mr. Rehnquist the historian does, there is cause for concern.The Supreme Court term that begins next month could prove momentous. It will be the justices' first chance to rule on the impact on civil liberties from the Sept. 11 attacks and their aftermath. The court could resolve several key questions: whether American citizens can be held indefinitely without access to lawyers simply because they have been labeled "enemy combatants," whether terrorism suspects can be held in secret detention and whether their deportation hearings can be closed to the public."All the Laws but One," which discusses civil liberties during the Civil War and World Wars I and II, does not answer those questions. But its central message is that in wartime, the balance between order and freedom tips toward order. In recounting the history, Justice Rehnquist gives all the arguments for order, and far too few for freedom. The people whose liberties are taken away are virtually invisible.Justice Rehnquist's selective blindness is most evident in his discussion of the worst denial of civil liberties in American history, the internment of 120,000 people of Japanese ancestry at the start of World War II. He lavishes pages of detail on the military reasons for the roundup. Against that, he offers a single sentence about the hardship imposed on those put in the camps. His account is as dubious as it is brief: he writes that there was "no physical brutality," but historians report that some prisoners were beaten and shot.Justice Rehnquist endorses only part of the Japanese internments, but he seems far more accepting than many scholars who regard the entire episode as a disaster. It would be harder for the reader to accept his conclusions if he had included details about the men, women and children who were rounded up, and the economic, physical and emotional toll imposed on them.It is much the same with the book's discussion of President Abraham Lincoln's decision, during the Civil War, to suspend habeas corpus — the right of someone taken into custody to challenge his imprisonment before a judge. It offers considerable detail about the wartime problems confronting Lincoln, but only a vague sense of how many innocent people may have been kept in prison as a result. Justice Rehnquist readily accepts Lincoln's famous formulation: that if he had preserved habeas corpus, it would have meant allowing "all the laws, but one, to go unexecuted, and the government itself go to pieces, lest that one" — habeas corpus — "be violated." It is this quotation, of course, that gives the book its title.Justice Rehnquist's eagerness to see things from the viewpoint of those charged with keeping order — and his relative lack of concern about their victims — could have important implications for the cases the court hears this term. If the justices think only of terrorism and the threat to national security, they may be inclined to uphold whatever restrictions the Bush administration imposes. The more they actually consider the people being held in secret, or denied the right to see a lawyer, the more likely they are to appreciate the costs of those policies.Another problem with "All the Laws but One" is its contention that presidents cannot be reined in during wartime, so it is pointless to try. Justice Rehnquist quotes, with approval, Francis Biddle, President Franklin Roosevelt's attorney general, who said, "The Constitution has not greatly bothered any wartime president." The opposite case can be made. When President Harry Truman tried to seize the nation's steel mills during the Korean War — arguing that an impending strike threatened national security — he backed down when the Supreme Court objected. Other presidents would probably be just as compliant.But the most disturbing aspect of Justice Rehnquist's book is the lack of outrage, or even disappointment, he evinces when rights are sacrificed. The greatest American patriots have been eloquent about the danger of letting freedom lapse even briefly. Benjamin Franklin said, "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." There are times when Justice Rehnquist sees the wisdom of standing up to wartime fervor — he is particularly good about the importance of freedom of speech and assembly. But too often, giving up essential liberty for temporary safety seems an easy call for him.Shortly after "All the Laws but One" came out, in an interview on C-Span, Justice Rehnquist was asked what he thought of writing books. "It's very nice," he responded, "to be able to write something you don't have to get four other people to agree with you [on] before it can become authoritative." This may be the term when we see which of these views he can get four justices to agree with him on. His colleagues should be cautious. The point is that there are at most 20 prison cells in question, and that fact, while unfortunate, is not enough to get upset about. The camps issue is thought to be a red herring, and the real issue is still the indefinite detention of 'enemy combatants', especially when the determination of whether one is an 'enemy combatant' is made solely by the Bush Administration. It seems to me that this is true, but it is also important not to forget the issue of the camps. The actual physical construction of the camps is irrelevant. FEMA (the agency that can predict the future) and no doubt other organizations already have suitable camps, constructed for legitimate and semi-legitimate reasons. Once the precedent is set using Padilla and Hamdi (it is possible that the Padilla case is worse than the Hamdi case), and the mechanism is set up to allow the Administration to process 'enemy combatants' in bulk (and anyone who followed the Eichmann trial knows how important the institutional mechanics of repression are to this type of person), it would therefore be easy to 'scale' the 20 cells into 200, 2000, or 20,000. The critical point is the fact that the precedent of Padilla and Hamdi has been set, and as hardly anyone complained about it, it can be used against anyone, even an American citizen arrested in the United States.2. The whole system being proposed by Ashcroft is actually the equivalent of pulling yourself up by your own bootstraps. His theory is that once he has determined that you are an 'enemy combatant', then all normal Constitutional protections immediately evaporate. However, presumably the protections can't evaporate before he makes that determination, i. e., in that legal millisecond before he makes his determination the courts still must be able to examine the Constitutional validity of the making of the determination, and in examining this, presumably have the right to consider all the facts of the case. The judge in the Hamdi case is alive to these issues. The whole 'enemy combatants' issue appears to be a rather transparent method to avoid human rights protections using the circular argument that the Constitution doesn't apply because it doesn't apply to 'enemy combatants', coupled with the dubious notion that you can become an 'enemy combatant' by your alleged involvement in the never-ending and ill-defined 'war on terror'.3. The most interesting questions about Padilla have never been asked. He was detained in early May, but his detention only came to light with Ashcroft's announcement in early June. Since the Administration felt absolutely no qualms about Padilla's detention, and almost didn't bother to mention it until it needed a big distraction from the Coleen Rowley testimony, the whole issue of how many other detainees like Jose Padilla there are remains completely open. The camps may already be full!4. Jonathan Turley, who seems to hold a monopoly in writing about these issues, points out that Ashcroft now wants to turbo-charge the secret court which interprets and enforces the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to make its draconian powers apply to American citizens. This would presumably grant the government practically unlimited powers of investigation in order to obtain the information required to label the 'enemy combatants', as well as on anyone else the Administration would like to investigate without regard to that nasty Constitution (somewhere in hell, Richard Nixon must be laughing).5. There is an interesting pattern here in the Administration's use of the media. We constantly hear about 'leaks' from the Bush Administration, and sometimes (e. g., Rumsfeld) even hear complaints about the 'leaks'. The 'leaks' and general use of the media appear to be the work of a master manipulator (Rove?):
* the Padilla case was clearly set out for the American people, and the full implications of his treatment explained, allowing for his case to be used as a precedent for the indefinite detention without trial or legal representation for any American citizen labelled an 'enemy combatant';* the constant flow of warnings about imminent terror attacks, to continue the charade of the 'war on terror';* all the 'leaks' involving plans on Iraq, which may be a combination of trial balloons and misdirection, especially if the real goal of the Administration is also to capture Saudi oil fields;* all the obvious media manipulation concerning the anthrax attacks and Steven Hatfill, a patsy who is apparently to be used to distract public attention from the real issues of the case (with apparently another patsy in the wings to take over once the Hatfill investigation peters out).But hey, if you don't want to worry about the AshKroft Kamps, then don't worry about the AshKroft Kamps. As long as you're white and quiet and don't criticize the government, you'll probably be fine.

I personally visited the supposed "Utah Lake" camp mentioned, driving an hour across dirt roads and through brush to approach the back side of the facility, only to discover that it was a garbage dump. The high fences were to keep the garbage from blowing into the lake. It would be nice to have legitimate validations of these claims and not operate in an irresponsible panic mode.

A few years ago, I first learned of the camps. 600+ FEMA internment camps within these United States. They are what some are calling our future concentration camps. They are there and there by executive order. It's a fact that cannot be denied. While researching the location of the camps, I was made aware that some, like the ones in Alaska, are only accessible by air and rail transportation. It was this fact that brought me to a new reality. A new found fear of trains.

Many researchers have cited the existence of over 107, white, UN railroad cars that have been built by independent contracters in the United States.
These cars can hold dozens of prisoners and have, on numerous occasions, been shown to have 135 human shackles in each car. These would be the cars that FEMA would transfer such terrorists/dissidents to their forced labor, internment, or concentration camps.

[C I L F=civilian inmate labor facility] A terrorist who may have only been a peaceful protestor at the Republican National Convention. Or perhaps an individual who had an interest in the wrong book at the library. (A reference to the post 9/11 "What if America, Wasn't America?" line of commercials.)
Upon the instigation of martial law, FEMA's infamous "RED and BLUE" List, with over 6 million Americans marked for priority arrest, would determine the location of your camp and your fate. It would be the beginning of many more arrests to come.

But even if you deny the existence of that list, this one fact cannot be ignored: someone, for some reason, would be on a train to a FEMA camp in a time of national emergency.

Speaking on anonymity, an employee of a manufacturer of railcars stated that Gunderson Rail Car Co. received a contract to build over 400 boxcars. These boxcars were ordered and paid for by the UN. They were white and they had shackles built into them. Shackles possibly for a brother, a sister, a mother, or you. Another company was making the boxcars as well. A company called Thrall Railcar. Thrall Rail Car merged with Trinity Industries, Inc. in October of 2001 to form the Trinity Rail Group.

[One location of 'Trinity' is Springfield, Missouri, close to The Burlington Northern Railway.
For those of you who believe in David Icke's views on occult symbolism in corporate logos, I'll simply add that Trinity Industries has "3 pyramids" in their logo. If you don't, I'll also add that on the Board of Directors of Trinity Rail Group is Craig J. Duchossois.

He is a heavy contributor to the Bush-Cheney 04, Inc. re-election campaign and labeled a Pioneer.
A Pioneer is someone who has contributed more than $100,000 to the re-election campaign. Craig J. Duchossois is also Chairman of the The Chamberlain Group - a group that sells access and security products for homes and businesses around the world including biometrics.

Now the white boxcars sometimes have been cited to have such labels as "Kansas City Southern" on the side to make them appear more inconspicuous.

Boxcars would typically have a number like CSXT 119626 on the side, which is a reporting mark indicating who owns the car and the number being how to route them.
Perhaps the people ordering the boxcars, don't want you to know where you're going but simply who sent you there so you know before you die.
I chose to find out now. Kansas City Southern is a transportation holding company that has railroad investments in the U.S., Mexico, and Panama. KCS's rail holdings and investments are primary components of a NAFTA railway system that links commerical and industrial centers of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. One of KCS's Directors is Robert J. Druten.
Druten is also the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hallmark Cards, Inc. But why would a VP of Greeting Cards be on the Board of Directors for a Railroad Company?
Hallmark coincidentally has been chosen every year of Bush's presidency to produce presidential holiday cards. Robert Druten along with Hallmark have also been making re-election campaign contributions to George W. Bush. As previously stated, KCS has railroad investments in Panama.
A country that George Bush Sr. invaded before Desert Storm under the pretext of Manuel Noriega's Drug Trafficking. Some say it was the practice invasion for Iraq. So what if KCS has offices in one of the largest drug smuggling ports in the world? If Bush Senior and Junior are truly tied up with KCS, it is entirely possible that key CIA drug smuggling has been primarily coming through our railroad system.
From Panama, up through Mexico, into Texas, straight on to Houston, Dallas (a.k.a. Bush Central) all on KCS rail lines (along with Union Pacific). On December 4, 2003, KCS announced in Pro-Homeland fashion that it has become a certified member of the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program, which is run by U.S. Customs and Border Protection of the Department of Homeland Security.

It's important to note that one of the motivations for companies to participate in the CTPAT is that they will be rewarded with fewer customs inspections when their cargo arrives in the US.
They are agreeing to "self assess" their security under the CTPAT guidelines in exchange for less custom inspections. Sounds like a great program. It almost sounds like letting a student grade his own homework, and for every "A" he gets to skip a day of class.
To further play devil's advocate, I believe this announcement simply places them under a more suspect connection to our government and FEMA control by establishing the history of a relationship with Homeland Security. Under executive order #11005 the government can take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities in a time of national emergency. Conveniently, all executive orders that would allot FEMA the ability to suspend the constitution are omitted from their own website in their own "executive orders" section.
Why would they even want to control the rails? Why do they not want you to know they have that power? During his role as governor of Texas, George W. Bush met with with Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo on multiple occassions. Incidentally in 2001, President Zedillo was appointed to Union Pacific's Board of Directors.
He now has a seat on the boards of the Alcoa and Procter & Gamble corporations and a resume very similar to VP Dick Cheney. Oddly enough, Dick Cheney also served on the Board of Directors for Proctor & Gamble and served on Union Pacific's Board during Zedillo's presidency. What are the odds? Due to a bad economy and poor leadership, Zedillo was bailed out by the Clinton Administration to save his administration.
Conditions of the bailout required Mexico to deposit all of its export oil revenues as collateral in the Wall Street branch of the U.S. Federal Reserve. This gave the NWO oil cabal even more control over the world's oil supply. The ex-president also advises the prestigious Council on Foreign Relations, the UN, and David Rockefeller's Trilateral Commission.
While Zedillo was President and George Bush was governor of Texas, KCS won a $1.4 billon bid which doubled it's track mileage and made it a key player in growing U.S. Mexican trade by operating Mexico's busiest rail line into the United States.
Perhaps Zedillo and Bush were discussing more than Border Patrol. Let me go back to Gunderson Rail Car Co. which is a subsidiary of the Greenbrier Companies.
The Greenbriar companies are a leading supplier of transportation equipment and services to the railroad industry. One of Greenbrier's major european companies is Greenbrier Germany which was obtained in 2000. Greenbrier Germany is a design and marketing group for rail cars. Perhaps the NWO likes german designs on their transports to concentration camps.
They worked so well in the past. On June 17, 2004, the Greenbrier Companies announced that it has received orders from TTX for nearly 7,000 railcars valued at approximately $400 million principally for production in North America.
It is the largest single award Greenbrier has ever received. In all, Greenbrier owns over 12,000 railcars and performs management services for approximately 113,000 railcars. I wonder how many boxcars they have "off the record" for those clients that cannot be acknowledged.
Finally, TTX has a friend of Cheney's on the Board of Directors, Mr. Robert M. Knight, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Union Pacific. They worked together when Cheney was on the Board. Why is a friend of Cheney's giving them the largest single order Greenbrier has ever received? What does Bush/Cheney have planned for 2005-2006.
What does the NWO have planned? Bush and Cheney have been shown to have ties to KCS, Union Pacific, Trinity Rail Car, The Chamberlain Group, and The Greenbrier Companies, after only a small amount of internet research. Imagine what you could learn if you followed up on this.
After I began writing this article I was outside and heard a train whistle in the moonlight. For a few moments I felt the sensation of a jew in Nazi Germany. Despite any problems one may have with the above information, you still have to acknowledge the camps.

"I just got back from a FEMA Detainment Camp"
There over 600 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States.
The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.
Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.
The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

A person named Terry Kings wrote an article on his discoveries of campslocated in southern California. His findings are as follows:
Over the last couple months several of us have investigated three soon-to-be prison camps in the Southern California area. We had heard about these sites and wanted to see them for ourselves.
The first one we observed was in Palmdale, California. It is not operating as a prison at the moment but is masquerading as part of a water facility. Now why would there be a facility of this nature out in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no prisoners? The fences that run for miles around this large facility all point inward, and there are large mounds of dirt and dry moat surrounding the central area so the inside area is not visible from the road. There are 3 large loading docks facing the entrance that can be observed from the road. What are these massive docks going to be loading?
We observed white vans patrolling the area and one came out and greeted us with a friendly wave and followed us until we had driven safely beyond the area. What would have happened had we decided to enter the open gate or ask questions?
This facility is across the street from the Palmdale Water Department. The area around the Water Department has fences pointing outward, to keep people out of this dangerous area so as not to drown. Yet, across the street, the fences all point inward. Why? To keep people in? What people? Who are going to be it's occupants?
There are also signs posted every 50 feet stating: State of California Trespassing Loitering Forbidden By Law Section 555 California Penal Code.
The sign at the entrance says: Pearblossom Operations and Maintenance Subcenter Receiving Department, 34534 116th Street East. There is also a guard shack located at the entrance.
We didn't venture into this facility, but did circle around it to see if there was anything else visible from the road. We saw miles of fences with the top points all directed inward. There is a railroad track that runs next to the perimeter of this fenced area. The loading docks are large enough to hold railroad cars. [lrec]
I wonder what they are planning for this facility? They could easily fit 100,000 people in this area. And who would the occupants be?
Another site is located in Brand Park in Glendale. There are newly constructed fences (all outfitted with new wiring that point inward). The fences surround a dry reservoir. There are also new buildings situated in the area. We questioned the idea that there were four armed military personnel walking the park. Since when does a public park need armed guards?
A third site visited was in the San Fernando Valley, adjacent to the Water District. Again, the area around the actual Water District had fences logically pointing out (to keep people out of the dangerous area). And the rest of the adjacent area which went on for several miles was ringed with fences and barbed wire facing inward (to keep what or who in?) Also, interesting was the fact that the addition to the tops of the fences were fairly new as to not even contain any sign of rust on them. Within the grounds was a huge building that the guard said was a training range for policemen. There were newly constructed roads, new gray military looking buildings, and a landing strip. For what? Police cars were constantly patrolling the several mile perimeter of the area.
From the parking lot of the Odyssey Restaurant a better view could be taken of the area that was hidden from site from the highway. There was an area that contained about 100 black boxes that looked like railroad cars. We had heard that loads of railroad cars have been manufactured in Oregon outfitted with shackles. Would these be of that nature? From our position it was hard to determine.
In searching the Internet, I have discovered that there are about 600 of these prison sites around the country (and more literally popping up overnight do they work all night). They are manned, but yet do not contain prisoners. Why do they need all these non-operating prisons? What are they waiting for? We continuously hear that our current prisons are overcrowded and they are releasing prisoners because of this situation. But what about all these facilities? What are they really for? Why are there armed guards yet no one to protect themselves against? And what is going to be the kick-off point to put these facilities into operation?
What would bring about a situation that would call into effect the need for these new prison facilities? A man-made or natural catastrophe? An earthquake, panic due to Y2K, a massive poisoning, a panic of such dimensions to cause nationwide panic?
Once a major disaster occurs (whether it is a real event or manufactured event does not matter) Martial Law is hurriedly put in place and we are all in the hands of the government agencies (FEMA) who thus portray themselves as our protectors. Yet what happens when we question those in authority and how they are taking away all of our freedoms? Will we be the ones detained in these camp sites? And who are they going to round up? Those with guns? Those who ask questions? Those that want to know what's really going on? Does that include any of us? The seekers of truth?
When first coming across this information I was in a state of total denial. How could this be? I believed our country was free, and always felt a sense of comfort in knowing that as long as we didn't hurt others in observing our freedom we were left to ourselves. Ideally we treated everyone with respect and honored their uniqueness and hoped that others did likewise.
It took an intensive year of searching into the hidden politics to discover that we are as free as we believe we are. If we are in denial, we don't see the signs that are staring at us, but keep our minds turned off and busy with all the mundane affairs of daily life.
We just don't care enough to find out the real truth, and settle for the hand-fed stories that come our way over the major media sources television, radio, newspaper, and magazines. But it's too late to turn back to the days of blindfolds and hiding our heads in the sand because the reality is becoming very clear. The time is fast approaching when we will be the ones asking "What happened to our freedom? To our free speech? To our right to protect ourselves and our family? To think as an individual? To express ourselves in whatever way we wish?"
Once we challenge that freedom we find out how free we really are. How many are willing to take up that challenge? Very few indeed, otherwise we wouldn't find ourselves in the situation that we are in at the present time. We wouldn't have let things progress and get out of the hands of the public and into the hands of those that seek to keep us under their control no matter what it takes, and that includes the use of force and detainment for those that ask the wrong questions.
Will asking questions be outlawed next? Several instances have recently been reported where those that were asking questions that came too near the untold truth (the cover up) were removed from the press conferences and from the public's ear. Also, those that wanted to speak to the press were detained and either imprisoned, locked in a psychiatric hospital, slaughtered (through make-believe suicides) or discredited.
Why are we all in denial over these possibilities? Didn't we hear about prison camps in Germany, and even in the United States during World War II? Japanese individuals were rounded up and placed in determent camps during the duration of the War. Where was their freedom?
You don't think it could happen to you? Obviously those rounded up and killed didn't think it could happen to them either. How could decent people have witnessed such atrocities and still said nothing? Are we going to do the same here as they cart off one by one those individuals who are taking a stand for the rights of the citizens as they expose the truth happening behind the scenes? Are we all going to sit there and wonder what happened to this country of ours? Where did we go wrong? How could we let it happen? This post is part of the main AboveTopSecret.com content archive. concentration campsThe concentration camps are for those that do not conform to the guidelines of the new world order. Which I might add is very real and being worked toward each day; also the Bush Family are very strong supporters of the new world order and if viewed closely; resembles the Communest Manifesto. Americans are easly duped into believing most anything that does not disrupt their false security of being FREE and SAFE. The new world order will be one money(currency),one religion,one government ,and one military (the United Nations). Perhaps someone can tell me what is wrong with this picture, where there is NO United States Constitution or Bill Of Rights.

If there is no Bill of Rights and no Constitution then they cannot be abrogated. You can't break what doesn't exist. Anyway, we have no Bill of Rights and I would suggest our government is less opressive of us than the US is of its people. And how often has the US government broken Constitutional law anyway? Look at the secret bombing campaign of Cambodia. The wiretapping of White House employees. The decision to categorise prisoners as "illegal enemy combatants" and thus make it legal not to observe the Geneva convention. Who needs such "quaint" and "outdated" documents?

Thinking out loudIs it possible that these camps may also be used as holding camps for the large amount of US kids found to have "mental health" problems aftert the new legislation demanding mental health screening for every child in the US. There could be a whole range of possible uses for these camps, as well as the three programs already outlined by SkepticOverlord. Im just thinking out loud here, but what other types of situation could bring about martial law and force the use of these Gulags by FEMA on a nationwide basis??????............ 1- Huge natural disaster event............such as multiple volcanid eruptions from the likes of Mt St Helens/ Mt Rainier.......a caldera event taking place at Yellowstone.........Unprecedented storm season/weather anomalies, or Supermassive earthquakes such as "The Big One" predictied to hit the San Francico fault area.....or smaller widescale earthmovement due to Water movement disruption in the soils and bedrock for desalinisation purposes. 2- Huge cosmic disaster event......caused by comet/meteor impact anywhere in the US....could cause widespread panic and could vapourise a large chunk of US. 3- Huge unnatural disaster/s....such as a multiple combined terrorist attack on more than 1 urban area using WMD's....this is probably the most obvious and likely scenario. For example....a coming war with Iran would give a great cover story for the administration to orchastrate an event like 9/11 and blame it on supposed Iranian spies or terrorists. I will tell what these camps are for. they are for arabs in the U.S. there is a massive influx arabs in europe and the U.S. in the event that another attack takes place in the U.S. the arabs-americans will be rounded up and put into these camps.

OK, if these camps in the pictures are located in California, doesn't the public has the right to ask authorities in the country or are about them and what is their purpose, if tax payer dollars are maintaining these facilities the citizens have the right to see what is going on. Perhaps a sizable group should gather around the facility and see what happened also the media should be involved. I don't think liberties have been stripped that bad yet. Right?

Skeptic O, Alex Jones has been screaming about this for years. Just visit www.infowars.com for a tasty look into the upcoming police state. In fact, the prison camps and the box cars with shackles are just the tip of the iceberg. Alex has exposed all kinds of stuff related to this, including the camps themselves. UN troops, already here. Military troops acting as police officers, violating posse comitatus. Black helicopters landing in school yards. You name it, he's got it. Patriot Act 2 gets passed, and it's over. They got us. Anyone who even dissents or expresses an opinion against them will be detained as a terrorist- no phone call, no laywer, no trial, and no limits to how long they can detain you. And oh, if you think you can tell someone they have detained you, searched your house, or even just interrogated you- they'll get you for that too. Seen HR-10? <--another piece of their lovely pie. Definitely get Alex Jones. These concentration camp stories have been around for awhile. There are indeed plans in place for such an operation, but it is my understanding that this plan would only be implemented in the event of a major disaster. Yes I concur with TrueAmerican and MKULTRA, Alex Jones is on top of the NWO issues, and corrupt laws and politicians of American government one of the few people who have actually read both PATRIOT ACTS I, II. He would be a very informative guest to interview. Even Ron Paul for that matter but that might be reaching. On another note I was looking for photographs of these supposed white United Nation railroad cars / prison cars, what few sites I came across that had any pictures had them removed for what ever reasons. I know these camps have been around for at least early 90's soon after i finished school, before I got into this Conspiricy thing, I used to listen to this idiot in pgh, pa named Jim Quinn. Anyway needless to say he stated something about these camps about 10 12 yrs ago... I didnt pay much attention to it cause it wasnt my gig, altho coming into the conspircy thing it rang tru after all those yrs.. There is 1 camp in canada my freind confirmed for me, I asked him for images, but he said all it is is metal and grass... so no help there.

well i remember some crazy oldman telling how the NWO was refitting these old camps Way back in the winter of 2000, I have a way of making people talk even if i dont want to hear what they have to say. he ws paranoid and wouldnt say his name. and at the time i thought he was crazy , but now that i read this. i'm starting to doubt how crazy he was?

Right across the park from our neighborhood is another huge FEMA prison, but it s not operating as a prison at the moment but is masquerading as Skyline High School! Right next to Falcon Field Airport in Mesa is a Huge Nazi Extermination Camp Operated By the Grays. It is not operating as a prison at the moment but is masquerading as The Boeing Company facility where they make helicopters! Right down the street is another FEMA prison. It is not operating as a prison at the moment but is masquerading as the AJ Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints! C'mon! We have a facility exactly like that about ten miles south of where I live. It's a GM Proving Ground! "There are 3 large loading docks facing the entrance that can be observed from the road. Just about every store or business that uses raw materials has a couple of loading docks in the back. About five years ago, I saw an post by some bozo who said he had a map of where all there "FEMA Camps" in Arizona were supposed to be, and offered to share them with anyone who asked. He didn't seem too anxious to send me one, since I told him I actually lived near the location of those "Camps" and wanted to check them out for myself. But after some cajoling on my part, he sent me directions to three of the "FEMA Camps" after first making me swear I wouldn't tell anyone where I got them from. Well, to make a long story short, I went to these three locations. The first was an abandoned camp set up by Executive Order 9066 in 1942. Anyone familiar with US History knows about that sickening episode, I would hope. Anyway, nothing there but one corrugated-roof shack with its doors off and a bunch of concrete foundations. The second was a POW camp, also from the 1940's, where a captured German U-Boat crew was imprisoned and who escaped by digging out a tunnel and trying to hike to Mexico (they were all caught); and again, there's not much there but a bunch of decrepit foundations. The third was on Open Range on the Tohono O'odham Reservation about a half mile off I-10. I spent a half-hour poking around and saw some interesting cactus. As far as I know, every single report of these "Secret Concentration camps" has turned out to be completely bogus. If anyone has any serious "evidence" of these things in Arizona, let me know and I eill go and look again. If you live in Arizona, contact me at 480-891-2525, and we'll go together. But until then, I'm going to assume that there is no evidence for any of it, and it's all some sort of urban (or rural, in this case) myth.

It is possible it could be land they own for future development- sounds pretty likely- but if it is patrolled land that isn't in use this could be taken as a suspicious location.

There is a spot close to me which could easily be compaired to this- it is a HUGE fenced area, only accessable from a hidden dirt driveway that is marked on maps as a golf course. I've never been able to find any sign that it is actually a golf course (no other entry from any side) It is surrounded by a dry moat, a huge hill and barbed wire fences. Are you sure that is an OSHA requirement?

These are urban legends. Some of these are old military bases (patroled to keep the rash lil' public darlings from tripping over unexploded ordinance and blowing themsleves to kingdom come.) Some of the "camps" are nonexistant (we went to look for ourselves after taking a look on the USGS photo maps and finding nothing.) A reported "FEMA camp masquerading as a water treatment plant" here in Texas was (ta-daa) a water treatment plant. A reported "FEMA concentration camp masquerading as a prison" is the local women's prison and is full with no plans for expansion. Think about it, folks: our military is far overextended in other parts of the world. US troops aren't going to round up our citizens (and if you don't believe me, ask the members of the military who are here on the board.) Foreign troops aren't going to come in to do it (you'd need an impossible number and the minute someone tried it, every cop and firefighter around would be all over them like white on rice.) The logistics aren't workable. It's a great "boogabooga" scenario designed to scare you into joining them. But start asking yourself how long it would take to control a well-fed, high tech, extremely intelligent population (being well-armed isn't that necessary) with good access to transportation and communication. The answer is "bloody well forever." We're having the dickens of a time in Iraq... imagine how fast the US citizens (better educated, more mobile, with better communications devices) could smash anything coming into the states.

Do you have any idea the type of infrastructure you would need to successfully house 20,000 people, let alone 2 million You need water, and plenty of it, you need waste treatment facilities, housing, heat, medical facilities. Oh, and how are you going to get 2 million people up to Fairbanks Alaska without going through Canada? Oh, yeah, that�s right. The Canadians are part of the NWO also.

The data I got comes from an Army manual, Engineering Manual EM 1110-1-400 (31 Jul 87), entitled �Health Safety and Security� dealing with fencing. Note that that document says: �� facilities and equipment will comply with applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, National Fire Protection Association standards, and Consumer Product Safety Commission standards and guides.� Paragraph 2-4, Fencing, refers you to OSHA: ��Policy and guidance on fencing of project boundaries are provided in ER 1130-2-400.�

OOPS! I did some more research on barbed wire fencing. The EM document I quoted above has been superseded, and I can't find any OSHA regulations. As a matter of fact, a lot of companies who sell the fences suggest that the barbed wire strands be angled out, which would make it harder for people to get in. But a lot of counties and minicipalities have their own laws, and some of them require that if you have outward-pointing barbed wire, your fence has to be set back from your own property line. I'm keeping an open mind on this one (unlike some other ppl). Could they be for an up comming war with China for example. The informationavailable to date has been anecdotal and erratic, drawn largely from interviews with the fewdetainees who have been released or from statements or court filings by their attorneys in thepending habeas corpus proceedings that the Government has not declared “classified.”This Report is the first effort to provide a more detailed picture of who the Guantanamodetainees are, how they ended up there, and the purported bases for their enemy combatantdesignation. The data in this Report is based entirely upon the United States Government’s owndocuments.[1] This Report provides a window into the Government’s success detaining only thosethat the President has called “the worst of the worst.”Among the data revealed by this Report:1. Fifty-five percent (55%) of the detainees are not determined to have committed anyhostile acts against the United States or its coalition allies.2. Only 8% of the detainees were characterized as al Qaeda fighters. Of the remainingdetainees, 40% have no definitive connection with al Qaeda at all and 18% are have no definitiveaffiliation with either al Qaeda or the Taliban.3. The Government has detained numerous persons based on mere affiliations with alarge number of groups that in fact, are not on the Department of Homeland Security terroristwatchlist. Moreover, the nexus between such a detainee and such organizations varies considerably.Eight percent are detained because they are deemed “fighters for;” 30% considered “members of;” alarge majority – 60% -- are detained merely because they are “associated with” a group or groups theGovernment asserts are terrorist organizations. For 2% of the prisoners their nexus to any terroristgroup is unidentified.4. Members of 64 of the 72 groups the Defense Department believes to be terroristorganizations, 89% of the total, would be permitted in the United States by either the StateDepartment Other Lists or the Patriot Act Terrorist Exclusion List.5. In addition to being inconsistent with the Defense Department list, the State Department listsare inconsistent with each other. That is, 46 organizations that the State Departmentrepresented to Congress as terrorist organizations on the State Department Other Lists do notappear on the Patriot Act Terrorist Exclusion List.6. The inconsistency between the State Department Other Lists and the Patriot Act TerroristExclusion List raises serious questions about the security of our borders.7. The Defense Department justifies holding many detainees indefinitely due to their nexuswith a group that neither the State Department Other Lists nor the Patriot Act TerroristExclusion List recognizes as a terrorist organization.8. This inconsistency leads to one of two equally alarming conclusions: either the StateDepartment is allowing persons who are members of terrorist groups into the country or theDefense Department bases the continuing detention of the alleged enemy combatants on afalse premise.

The United States promised (and apparently paid) large sums of money for the capture ofpersons identified as enemy combatants in Afghanistan and Pakistan. One representative flyer,distributed in Afghanistan, states:
Get wealth and power beyond your dreams....You can receive millions ofdollars helping the anti-Taliban forces catch al-Qaida and Taliban murders.This is enough money to take care of your family, your village, your tribe forthe rest of your life. Pay for livestock and doctors and school books andhousing for all your people.Bounty hunters or reward-seekers handed people over to American or Northern Alliancesoldiers in the field, often soon after disappearing; as a result, there was little opportunity on thefield to verify the story of an individual who presented the detainee in response to the bounty award.Where that story constitutes the sole basis for an individual’s detention in Guantanamo, there wouldbe little ability either for the Government to corroborate or a detainee to refute such an allegation.As shall be seen in consideration of the Uighers, the Government has found detainees to beenemy combatants based upon the information provided by the bounty hunters. As to the Uighers, atleast, there is no doubt that bounties were paid for the capture and detainment of individuals whowere not enemy combatants. The Uigher have yet to be released.======================
IV. CONTINUED DETENTION OF NON-COMBATANTSThe most well recognized group of individuals who were held to be enemy combatants andfor whom summaries of evidence are available are the Uighers [35] These individuals are nowrecognized to be Chinese Muslims who fled persecution in China to neighboring countries. Thedetainees then fled to Pakistan when Afghanistan came under attack by the United States afterSeptember 11, 2001. The Uighers were arrested in Pakistan and turned over to the United States.At least two dozen Uighurs found in Afghanistan and Pakistan has been detained inGuantanamo Bay, Cuba. The Government originally determined that these men were enemycombatants, just as the Government so determined for all of the other detainees. The Governmenthas now decided that many of the Uighur detainees in Guantanamo Bay are not enemy combatantsand should no longer be detained. They have not yet been released.The Government has publicly conceded that many of the Uighers were wrongly found to beenemy combatants. The question is how many more of the detainees were wrongly found to beenemy combatants. The evidence that satisfied the Government that the Uighers were enemycombatants parallel’s the evidence against the other detainees --but the evidence against the Uighersis actually sometimes stronger.The Uigher evidence parallels the evidence against the other detainees in that they were:1. Muslims,2. in Afghanistan,3. associated with unidentified individuals and/or groups4. possessed Kalishnikov rifles5. stayed in guest houses6. captured in Pakistan7. by bounty hunters.If such evidence is deemed insufficient to detain these persons as enemy combatants, the dataanalyzed by this Report would suggest that many other detainees should likewise not be classified asenemy combatants.[35] Uighurs, a Turkic ethnic minority of 8 to 12 million people primarily located in the northwestern regionof China and in some parts of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, face political and religious oppression at the hands of theChinese Government. The Congressional Human Rights Caucus of the United States House of Representatives hasreceived several briefings on these issues, including the information that the People's Republic of China "continuesto brutally suppress any peaceful political, religious, and cultural activities of Uighurs, and enforce a birth controlpolicy that compels minority Uighur women to undergo forced abortions and sterilizations." CO-Director ofthe defense team, Robert Robideau, spoke about what he termed an "FBIconspiracy" and an ongoing strategy to keep Peltier imprisoned forever.Robideau never said Peltier didn't shoot anyone, but he did say that theFBI's version of the events that day is a lie. Robideau's proof - he wasthere.In 1975, on the Pine Ridge Reservation, Peltier was one of a group of NativeAmericans, and American Indian Movement (AIM) members at the Jumping BullRanch within the reservation. Following the incident Peltier, Robideau andDarelle "Dino" Butler were all tried for the killing of the FBI agents.Robideau and Butler were tried in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and found not-guiltyby a federal jury.Peltier, who fled to Canada, was extradited but arrived too late to be triedwith Butler and Robideau. A United State District Court in Fargo, NorthDakota found Peltier guilty of the murders of Williams and Coler. Feel free to copy and distribute. Introduction In 1901 the national debt of the United States was less than $1 billion. It stayed at less than $1 billion until we got into World War I. Then it jumped to $25 billion. The national debt nearly doubled between World War I and World War II, increasing from $25 to $49 billion. Between 1942 and 1952, the debt zoomed from $72 billion to $265 billion. In 1962 it was $303 billion. By 1970, the debt had increased to $383 billion. Between 1971 and 1976 it rose from $409 billion to $631 billion. The debt experienced its greatest growth, however, during the 1980s, fueled by an unprecedented peacetime military buildup. In 1998, the outstanding public debt will roar past $5.5 trillion. The unconstitutional "share" of this debt for every man, woman and child is currently $20,594.86 and will continue to increase an average of $630 million every day, which dosn't include the $26 trillion in individual credit card debts, mortgages, automobile leases and so on. U.S. NATIONAL DEBT The Outstanding Public Debt as of 08/25/98 at 10:28:37 AM PDT is: $5,516,699,306,752.93 The estimated population of the United States is 270,374,697 so each citizen's share of this debt is $20,403.90. Today, as we stand before the dawn of a New World Order run by internationalist financiers, most of the revenue collected by the Federal government in the form of individual income taxes will go straight to paying the interest on the debt alone. At the rate the debt is increasing, eventually we'll reach a point where, even if the government takes every penny of its citizens' income via taxation, it will still not collect enough to keep up with the interest payments. The government will own nothing, the people will own nothing, and the banks will own everything. The New World Order will foreclose on America. If the present trend continues, and there is no evidence whatsoever that it will not continue, we can expect the national debt to nearly double again within the next six to eight years. By then, the interest on the debt alone should be in the $400 billion a year range. Prologue: Three Types of Conquest History reveals nations can be conquered by the use of one or more of three methods. The most common is conquest by war. In time, though, this method usually fails, because the captives hate the captors and rise up and drive them out if they can. Much force is needed to maintain control, making it expensive for the conquering nation. A second method is by religion, where men are convinced they must give their captors part of their earnings as "obedience to God." Such a captivity is vulnerable to philosophical exposure or by overthrow by armed force, since religion by its nature lacks military force to regain control, once its captives become disillusioned. The third method can be called economic conquest. It takes place when nations are placed under "tribute" without the use of visible force or coercion, so that the victims do not realize they have been conquered. "Tribute" is collected from them in the form of "legal" debts and taxes, and they believe they are paying it for their own good, for the good of others, or to protect all from some enemy. Their captors become their "benefactors" and "protectors". Although this is the slowest to impose. It is often quite long lasting, as the captives do not see any military force arrayed against them, their religion is left more or less intact, they have freedom to speak and travel, and they participate in "elections" for their rulers. Without realizing it, they are conquered, and the instruments of their own society are used to transfer their wealth to their captors and make the conquest complete. In 1900 the average American worker paid few taxes and had little debt. Last year, payments on debts and taxes took more than half of what he earned. Is it possible a form of conquest has been imposed on America? Read the following pages and decide for yourself. And may God have mercy on this once debt-free and great nation. The Real Story of Money Control in America Americans, living in what is called the richest nation on earth, seem always to be short of money. It's impossible for many families to make ends meet unless both parents are in the work force. Men and women hope for overtime hours or take part time jobs evenings and weekends; children look for odd jobs for spending money; the family debt climbs higher. Psychologists say one of the biggest causes of family quarrels and breakups is "arguing over money." Much of this trouble can be traced to our present "debt-money" system. Thomas Jefferson They did this, as we will show, in the hope that it would prevent "love of money" from destroying the Republic they had founded. We shall see how subversion of Article I has brought on us the "evil" of which God warns us in 1 Timothy 6:10. Money is "Created", Not Grown or Built. Economists use the term "create" when speaking of the process by which money comes into existence. "Creation" means making something which did not exist before. Lumber workers make boards from trees, workers build houses from lumber, and factories manufacture automobiles from metal, glass and other materials. But in all these they did not actually "create." They only changed existing materials into a more usable and, therefore, more valuable form. This is not so with money. Here, and here alone, man actually "creates" something out of nothing. A piece of paper of little value is printed so that it is worth a piece of lumber. With different figures it can buy the automobile or even the house. It's value has been "created" in the truest sense of the word. "Creating" money is very profitable! As is seen by the above, money is very cheap to make, and whoever does the "creating" of money in a nation can make a tremendous profit. Builders work hard to make a profit of 5 percent above their cost to build a house. Auto makers sell their cars for 1 percent to 2 percent above the cost of manufacture and it is considered good business. But money "manufactures" have no limit on their profits, since a few cents will print a $1 bill or a $10,000 bill. That profit is part of our story, but first let consider another unique characteristic of the thing -- money, the love of which is the "root of all evil". Adequate money supply needed An adequate supply of money is indispensable to civilized society. We could forego many other things, but without money industry would grind to a halt, farms would become only self-sustaining units, surplus food would disappear, jobs requiring the work of more than one man or one family would remain undone, shipping and large movement of goods would cease, hungry people would plunder and kill to remain alive, and all government except family or tribe would cease to function. An overstatement, you say? Not at all. Money is the blood of civilized society, the means of all commercial trade except simple barter. It is the measure and the instrument by which one product is sold and another purchased. Remove money or even reduce the supply below that which is necessary to carry on current levels of trade, and the results are catastrophic. For an example, we need only look at America's depression of the early 1930's. Bankers' Depression of the 1930's. In 1930 America did not lack industrial capacity, fertile farmlands, skilled and willing workers or industrious families. It had an extensive and efficient transportation system in railroads, road networks, and inland and ocean waterways. Communications between regions and localities were the best in the world, utilizing telephone, teletype, radio, and a well operated government mail system. No war had ravaged the cities or the countryside, no pestilence weakened the population, nor had famine stalked the land. The United States of America in 1930 lacked only one thing: an adequate supply of money to carry on trade and commerce. In the early 1930s, bankers, the only source of new money and credit, deliberately refused loans to industries, stores and farms. Payments on existing loans were required however, and money rapidly disappeared from circulation. Goods were available to be purchased, jobs waiting to be done, but the lack of money brought the nation to a standstill. By this simple ploy America was put in a "depression" and bankers took possession of hundreds of thousands of farms, homes, and business properties. The people were told, "times are hard" and "money is short." Not understanding the system, they were cruelly robbed of their earnings, their savings, and their property. No Money for Peace, but Plenty for War. World War II ended the "depression." The same Bankers who in the early 1930's had no loans for peacetime houses, food and clothing, suddenly had unlimited billions to lend for army barracks, K-rations and uniforms. A nation that in 1934 could not produce food for sale, suddenly could produce bombs to send free to Germany and Japan! (More on this riddle later). With the sudden increase in money, people were hired, farms sold their produce, factories went to two shifts, mines reopened, and "The Great Depression" was over! Some politicians were blamed for it and others took credit for ending it. The truth is the lack of money (caused by Bankers) brought on the depression, and adequate money ended it. The people were never told that simple truth and in this article we will endeavor to show how these same bankers who control our money and credit have used their control to plunder America and place us in bondage. Power to Coin and Regulate Money When we can see the disastrous results of an artificially created shortage of money, we can better understand why our Founding Fathers, who understood both money and God's Laws, insisted on placing the power to "create" money and the power to control it ONLY in the hands of the Federal Congress. They believed that ALL Citizens should share in the profits of its "creation" and therefore the Federal government must be the only creator of money. They further believed that all citizens, of whatever state, territory or station in life, would benefit by an adequate and stable currency. Therefore, the Federal government must also be, by law, the only controller of the value of money. Since the Federal Congress was the only legislative body subject to all the citizens at the ballot box, it was, to their minds, the only safe depository of so much profit and so much power. They wrote it out in simple, but all inclusive manner: "Congress shall have the power to Coin Money and Regulate the Value Thereof." How We Lost Control of the Federal Reserve Instead of the Constitutional method of creating our money and putting it into circulation, we now have and entirely unconstitutional system. This has brought our country to the brink of disaster, as we shall see. Since our money was handled both legally and illegally before 1913, we shall consider only the years following 1913, since from that year on, all of our money had been created and issued by an illegal method that will eventually destroy the United States if it is not changed. Prior to 1913, America was a prosperous, powerful, and growing nation, at peace with its neighbors and the envy of the world. But in December of 1913, Congress, with many members away for the Christmas Holidays, passed what has since been known as the Federal Reserve Act. (For the full story of how this infamous legislation was forced through our Congress, read "Conquest or Consent", by W. D. Vennard). Omitting the burdensome details, it simply authorized the establishment of a Federal Reserve Corporation, run by a Board of Directors (The Federal Reserve Board). The act divided the United States into 12 Federal Reserve "Districts." This simple, but terrible, law completely removed from Congress the right to "create" money or to have any control over its "creation", and gave that function to The Federal Reserve Corporation. It was accompanied by the appropriate fanfare. The propaganda claimed that this would "remove money from politics" (they did not say "and therefore from the people's control")and prevent "boom and bust" economic activity from hurting our citizens. The people were not told then, and most still do not know today, that the Federal Reserve Corporation is a private corporation controlled by bankers and therefore is operated for the financial gain of the bankers over the people rather than for the good of the people. The word "Federal" was used only to deceive the people. More Disastrous than Pearl Harbor Since that "day of infamy", more disastrous to us than Pearl Harbor, the small group of "privileged" people who lend us "our" money have accrued to themselves all of the profits of printing our money -- and more! Since 1913 they have "created" tens of billions of dollars in money and credit, which, as their own personal property, they can lend to our government and our people at interest (usury). "The rich get richer and the poor get poorer" had become the secret policy of the Federal government. An example of the process of "creation" and its conversion to peoples "debt" will aid our understanding. Billions in Interest Owed to Private Banks We shall start with the need for money. The Federal Government, having spent more than it has taken from its citizens in taxes, needs, for the sake of illustration, $1,000,000,000. Since it does not have the money, and Congress has given away its authority to "create" it, the Government must go to the "creators" for the $1 billion. But, the Federal Reserve, a private corporation, does not just give its money away! The Bankers are willing to deliver $1,000,000,000 in money or credit to the Federal Government in exchange for the government's agreement to pay it back -- with interest. So Congress authorizes the Treasury Department to print $1,000,000,000 in U.S. Bonds, which are then delivered to the Federal Reserve Bankers. The Federal Reserve then pays the cost of printing the $1 billion (about $1,000) and makes the exchange. The government then uses the money to pay its obligations. What are the results of this fantastic transaction? Well, $1 billion in government bills are paid all right, but the Government has now indebted the people to the bankers for $1 billion on which the people must pay interest! Tens of thousands of such transactions have taken place since 1913 so that in 1996, the U.S. Government is indebted to the Bankers for more than $5,000,000,000,000 (trillion). Most of the income taxes that we pay as individuals now goes straight into the hands of the bankers, just to pay off the interest alone, with no hope of ever paying off the principle. Our children will be forced into servitude. But wait! There's more! You say, "This is terrible!" Yes, it is, but we have shown only part of the sordid story. Under this unholy system, those United States Bonds have now become "assets" of the banks in the Reserve System which they then use as "reserves" to "create" more "credit" to lend. Current "reserve" requirements allow them to use that $1 billion in bonds to "create" as much as $15 billion in new "credit" to lend to states, municipalities, to individuals and businesses. Added to the original $1 billion, they could have $16 billion of "created credit" out in loans paying them interest with their only cost being $1,000 for printing the original $1 billion! Since the U.S. Congress has not issued Constitutional money since 1863 (more than 100 years), in order for the people to have money to carry on trade and commerce they are forced to borrow the "created credit" of the Monopoly bankers and pay them usury-interest! Manipulating Stocks for Fun and Profit In addition to almost unlimited usury, the bankers have another method of drawing vast amounts of wealth. The banks who control the money at the top are able to approve or disapprove large loans to large and successful corporations to the extent that refusal of a loan will bring about a reduction in the selling price of the corporation's stock. After depressing the price, the bankers' agents buy large blocks of the company's stock. Then, if the bank suddenly approves a multi-million dollar loan to the company, the stock rises and is then sold for a profit. In this manner, billions of dollars are made with which to buy more stock. This practice is so refined today that the Federal Reserve Board need only announce to the newspapers an increase or decrease in their "discount rate" to send stocks soaring or crashing at their whim. Using this method since 1913, the bankers and their agents have purchased secret or open control of almost every large corporation in America. Using this leverage, they then force the corporations to borrow huge sums from their banks so that corporate earnings are siphoned off in the form of interest to the banks. This leaves little as actual "profits" which can be paid as dividends and explains why banks can reap billions in interest from corporate loans even when stock prices are depressed. In effect, the bankers get a huge chunk of the profits, while individual stockholders are left holding the bag. The millions of working families of America are now indebted to the few thousand banking families for twice the assessed value of the entire United States. And these Banking families obtained that debt against us for the cost of paper, ink, and bookkeeping! The interest amount is never created The only way new money (which is not true money, but rather credit representing a debt), goes into circulation in America is when it is borrowed from the bankers. When the State and people borrow large sums, we seem to prosper. However, the bankers "create" only the amount of the principal of each loan, never the extra amount needed to pay the interest. Therefore, the new money never equals the new debt added. The amounts needed to pay the interest on loans is not "created," and therefore does not exist! Under this system, where new debt always exceeds new money no matter how much or how little is borrowed, the total debt increasingly outstrips the amount of money available to pay the debt. The people can never, ever get out of debt! The following example will show the viciousness of this interest-debt system via its "built in" shortage of money. The Tyranny of Compound Interest When a citizen goes to a banker to borrow $100,000 to purchase a home or a farm, the bank clerk has the borrower agree to pay back the loan plus interest. At 8.25% interest for 30 years, the borrower must agree to pay $751.27 per month for a total of $270,456.00. The clerk then requires the citizen to assign to the banker the right of ownership of the property if the borrower does not make the required payments. The bank clerk then gives the borrower a $100,000 check or a $100,000 deposit slip, crediting the borrower's checking account with $100,000. The borrower then writes checks to the builder, subcontractors, etc. who in turn write checks. $100,000 of new "checkbook" money is thereby added to the "money in circulation." However, this is the fatal flaw in the system: the only new money created and put into circulation is the amount of the loan, $100,000. The money to pay the interest is NOT created, and therefore was NOT added to "money in circulation." Even so, this borrower (and those who follow him in ownership of the property) must earn and take out of circulation $270,456.00, $170,456.00 more than he put in circulation when he borrowed the original $100,000! (This interest cheats all families out of nicer homes. It is not that they cannot afford them; it is because the bankers' interest forces them to pay for nearly 3 homes to get one!) Every new loan puts the same process in operation. Each borrower adds a small sum to the total money supply when he borrows, but the payments on the loan (because of interest) then deduct a much larger sum from the total money supply. There is therefore no way all debtors can pay off the money lenders. As they pay the principle and interest, the money in circulation disappears. All they can do is struggle against each other, borrowing more and more from the money lenders each generation. The money lenders (bankers), who produce nothing of value, gradually gain a death grip on the land, buildings, and present and future earnings of the whole working population. Proverbs 22:7 has come to pass in America. "The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender." Small loans do the same thing If you have not quite grasped the impact of the above, let us consider an auto loan for 5 years at 9.5% interest. Step 1: Citizen borrows $25,000 and pays it into circulation (it goes to the dealer, factory, miner, etc.) and signs a note agreeing to pay the Bankers a total of $31,503 over 5 years. Step 2: Citizen pays $525.05 per month of his earnings to the Banker. In five years, he will remove from circulation $6,503 more than he put in circulation. Every loan of banker "created" money (credit) causes the same thing to happen. Since this has happened millions of times since 1913 (and continues today), you can see why America has gone from a prosperous, debt-free nation to a debt-ridden nation where practically every home, farm and business is paying usury-tribute to the bankers. Checking Up On Cash In the millions of transactions made each year like those just discussed, little actual currency changes hands, nor is it necessary that it do so. About 95 percent of all "cash" transactions in the U. S. are executed by check. Consider also that banks must only hold 10 percent of their deposits on site in cash at any given time. This means 90 percent of all deposits, though they may actually be held by the ban, are not present in the form of actual cash currency. That leaves the banker relatively safe to "create" that so-called "loan" by writing the check or deposit slip not against actual money, but against your promise to pay it back! The cost to him is paper, ink and a few dollars of overhead for each transaction. It is "check kiting" on an enormous scale. The profits increase rapidly, year after year. Our Own Debt is Spiraling into Infinity In 1910 the U. S. Federal debt was only $1 billion, or $12.40 per citizen. State and local debts were practically non-existent. By 1920, after only six years of Federal Reserve shenanigans, the Federal debt had jumped to $24 billion, or $228 per person. In 1960 the Federal debt reached $284 billion, or $1,575 per citizen and state and local debts were mushrooming. In 1998 the Federal debt passed $5.5 trillion, or $20,403.90 per man, woman and child and is growing exponentially. State and local debts are increasing as fast Federal debts. However, they are too cunning to take the title to everything at once. They instead leave us with some "illusion of ownership" so you and your children will continue to work and pay the bankers more of your earnings on ever increasing debts. The "establishment" has captured our people with their debt-money system as certainly as if they had marched in with an uniformed army. Gambling Away the American Dream To grasp the truth that periodic withdrawal of money through interest payments will inexorably transfer all wealth in the nation to the receiver of interest, imagine yourself in a poker or dice game where everyone must buy the chips (the medium of exchange) from a "banker" who does not risk chips in the game. He just watches the table and reaches in every hour to take 10 percent to 15 percent of all the chips on the table. As the game goes on, the amount of chips in the possession of each player will fluctuate according to his luck. However, the total number of chips available to play the game (carry on trade and business) will decrease steadily. As the game starts getting low on chips, some players will run out. If they want to continue to play, they must buy or borrow more chips from the "banker". The "banker" will sell (lend) them only if the player signs a "mortgage" agreeing to give the "Banker" some real property (car, home, farm, business, etc.) if he cannot make periodic payments to pay back all the chips plus some extra chips (interest). The payments must be made on time, whether he wins (makes a profit) or not. It is easy to see that no matter how skillfully they play, eventually the "banker" will end up with all of his original chips back, and except for the very best players, the rest, if they stay in long enough, will lose to the "banker" their homes, their farms, their businesses, perhaps even their cars, watches, and the shirts off their backs! Our real life situation is much worse than any poker game. In a poker game no one is forced into debt, and anyone can quit at any time and keep whatever he still has. But in real life, even if we borrow little ourselves from the "bankers," our local, State and Federal governments borrow billions in our name, squander it, then confiscate our earnings via taxation in order to pay off the bankers with interest. We are forced to play the game, and none can leave except by death. We pay as long as we live, and our children pay after we die. If we cannot or refuse to pay, the government sends the police to take our property and give it to the bankers. The bankers risk nothing in the game; they just collect their percentage and "win it all." In Las Vegas, all games are rigged to pay the owner a percentage, and they rake in millions. The Federal Reserve bankers' "game" is also rigged, and it pays off in billions! In recent years, Bankers have added some new cards to their deck: credit cards are promoted as a convenience and a great boon to trade. Actually, they are ingenious devices from the seller and 18% interest from buyers. A real "stacked" deck! Yes, it's political too Democrat, Republican, and independent voters who have wondered why politicians always spend more tax money than they take in should now see the reason. When they begin to study our money system, they soon realize that these politicians are not the agents of the people but are the agents of the bankers, for whom they plan ways to place the people further in debt. It takes only a little imagination to see that if Congress had been "creating," spending and issuing into circulation the necessary increase in the money supply, there would be no national debt. Trillions of dollars of other debts would be practically non-existent. Since there would be no original cost of money except printing, and no continuing costs such as interest, Federal taxes would be almost nil. Money, once in circulation, would remain there and go on serving its purpose as a medium of exchange for generation after generation and century after century, with no payments to the Bankers whatsoever! Continuing Cycles of Debt and War But instead of peace and debt-free prosperity, we have ever-mounting debt and cyclical periods of war. We as a people are now ruled by a system of banking influence that has usurped the mantle of government, disguised itself as our legitimate government, and set about to pauperize and control our people. It is now a centralized, all-powerful political apparatus whose main purposes are promoting war, confiscating the people's money, and propagandizing to perpetuate its power. Our two main political parties have become its servants, the various departments of government have become its spending agencies, and the Internal Revenue Service is its collection agency. Unknown to the people, it operates in close cooperation with similar apparatuses in other nations, which are also disguised as "governments." Some, we are told, are friends. Some, we are told, are enemies. "Enemies" are built up through international manipulations and used to frighten the American people into going billions of dollars further into debt to the bankers for "military preparedness," "foreign aid to stop communism," "the drug war," etc. Citizens, deliberately confused by brainwashing propaganda, watch helplessly while our politicians give food, goods, and money to banker-controlled alien governments under the guise of "better relations" and "easing tensions." Our banker-controlled government takes our finest and bravest sons and sends them into foreign wars where tens of thousands are murdered, and hundreds of thousands are crippled (not to mention collateral damage and casualties among the "enemy" troops.) When the "war" is over, we have gained nothing, but we are billions of dollars further in debt to the bankers, which was the reason for the "war" in the first place! And There's More The profits from these massive debts have been used to erect a complete and, almost hidden, economic colossus, over our nation. They keep telling us they are trying to do us good, when in truth they work to bring harm and injury to our people. These would be despots know, it is easier to control and rob a ill, poorly educated, and confused people, than it is a healthy and intelligent population, so they deliberately prevent real cures for diseases, they degrade our educational systems, and they stir up social and racial unrest. For the same reason, they favor drug use, alcohol, sexual promiscuity, abortion, pornography, and crime. Everything, which debilitates the minds and bodies of the people, is secretly encouraged, as it makes the people less able to oppose them, or, even, to understand what is being done to them. Family, morals, love of country, the Christian religion, all that is honorable, is being swept away, while they try to build their new, subservient man. Our new "rulers" are trying to change our whole racial, social, religious, and political order, but they will not change the debt-money-economic system, by which they rob and rule. Our people have become tenants and "debt-slaves", to the Bankers, and their agents, in the land our fathers conquered. It is conquest through the most, gigantic fraud and swindle, in the history of mankind. And we remind you again: The key to their wealth and power, over us, is their ability to create "money" out of nothing, and lend it to us, at interest. If they had not been allowed to do that, they would never have gained secret control of our nation. How true Solomon's words are: "The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender "(Proverbs 22:7). God Almighty warned, in the Bible, that one of the curses, which would come upon His people, for disobeying His laws was: The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shall come down very low. He shall lend to thee, and thou shall not lend to him; he shall be the head, and thou shall be the tail. Deut. 28:44-45 Most of the owners of the large banks, in America, are of eastern-european ancestry, and connected with the Rothschild European banks. Has that warning come to fruition in America? Let us, now, consider the correct method of providing the medium of exchange (money) needed by our people. Every Citizen Can Be A Stock Holder in America Under the Constitutional system, no private banks would exist to rob the people. Government banks under the control of the people's representatives would issue and control all money and credit. They would issue not only actual currency, but could lend limited credit at no interest for the purchase of capital goods, such as homes. A $100,000 loan would require only $100,000 repayment, not $270,456.00 as it is now. Everyone who supplied materials and labor for the home would get paid just as they do today, but the bankers would not get $170,456.00 in interest. That is why they ridicule and destroy anyone suggesting or proposing an alternative system. History tells us of debt-free and interest-free money issued by governments. The American colonies did it through colonial script in the 1700's. Their wealth soon rivaled that of England and brought restrictions from Parliament, which led to the Revolutionary War. Abraham Lincoln did it in 1863 to help finance the Civil War. He was later assassinated by a man many consider to have been an agent of the Rothchild Bank. No debt-free or interest-free money has been issued in America since then. Several Arab nations issue interest free loans to their citizens today. (Now you can understand what all the commotion in the Middle East is all about, and why the banker-owned press is brainwashing American citizens to think of all Arabs as terrorists). The Saracen Empire forbade interest on money 1,000 years ago and its wealth outshone even Saxon Europe. Mandarin China issued its own money, interest-free and debt-free. Today, historians and art collectors consider those centuries to be China's time of greatest wealth, culture and peace. Issuing money which does not have to be paid back in interest leaves the money available to use in the exchange of goods and services and its only continuing cost is replacement as the paper wears out. Money is the paper ticket by which transfers are made and should always be in sufficient quantity to transfer all possible production of the nation to the ultimate consumers. It is as ridiculous for a nation to say to its citizens, "You must consume less because we are short of money," as it would be for an airline to say, "Our planes are flying, but we cannot take you because we are short of tickets". Citizen Control of U.S. Currency Money, issued in such a way, would derive its value in exchange from the fact that it had come from the highest legal source in the nation and would be declared legal to pay all public and private debts. Issued by a sovereign nation, not in danger of collapse, it would need no gold or silver or other so-called "precious" metals to back it. As history shows, the stability and responsibility of government issuing it is the deciding factor in the acceptance of that government's currency--not gold, silver, or iron buried in some hole in the ground. Proof is America's currency today. Our gold and silver is practically gone, but our currency is accepted. But if the government was about to collapse our currency would be worthless. Under the present system, the extra burden of interest forces workers and businesses to demand more money for the work and goods to pay their ever increasing debts and taxes. This increase in prices and wages is called "inflation." Bankers, politicians and "economists" blame it on everything but the real cause, which is the interest levied on money and debt by the Bankers. This "inflation" benefits the money-lenders, since it wipes out savings of one generation so they can not finance or help the next generation, who must then borrow from the money-lenders and pay a large part of their life's labor to the usurer. With an adequate supply of interest-free money, little borrowing would be required and prices would be established by people and goods, not by debts and usury. Citizen control If the Congress failed to act, or acted wrongly in the supply of money, the citizens would use the ballot or recall petitions to replace those who prevented correct action with others whom the people believe would pursue a better money policy. Since the creation of money and its issuance in sufficient quantity would be one of the few functions of Congress, the voter could decide on a candidate by his stand on money and other legitimate functions of the Federal government, instead of the diversionary issues which are presented to us today. All other problems, except the nation's defense, would be taken care of in the State, County, or City governments where they are best handled and most easily corrected. An adequate national defense would be provided by the same citizen- controlled Congress, and there would be no bankers behind the scenes, bribing politicians to spend billions of dollars on overseas military adventures which ultimately serve the schemes of international finance. Creating a Debt-Free America With debt-free and interest-free money, there would be no direct confiscatory taxation and our homes would be mortgage-free without approximately $10,000-per-year payments to the bankers. Nor would they get $1000 to $3000 per year from every automobile on our roads. We would need far fewer financial "help" in the form of "easy payment" plans, "revolving" charge accounts, loans to pay medical or hospital bills, loans to pay taxes, loans to pay for burials, loans to pay loans, nor any of the thousand and one usury bearing loans which now suck the life blood of American families. Our officials, at all levels of government, would be working for the people instead of devising capers which will place us further in debt to the bankers. We would get out of entangling foreign alliances that have engulfed us in four major wars and scores of minor wars since the Federal Reserve Act was passed. A debt-free America would leave parents with more time to spend raising their children. The elimination of the interest payments and debt would be the equivalent of a 50 percent raise in the purchasing power of every worker. This cancellation of interest-based private debts would result in the return to the people of $300 billion yearly in property and wealth that currently goes to banks. Controlling Public Debate and Opinion We realize that this small, and necessarily incomplete, article on money may be charged with oversimplification. Some may say that if it is that simple the people would have known about it, and it could not have happened. But this conspiracy is as old as Babylon, and even in America it dates far back before the year 1913. Actually, 1913 may be considered the year in which their previous plans came to fruition, opening the way for complete economic conquest of our people. The conspiracy is powerful enough in America to place its agents in positions as newspaper publishers, editors, columnists, church ministers, university presidents, professors, textbook writers, labor union leaders, filmmakers, radio and television commentators, politicians ranging from school board members to U. S. presidents, and many others. These agents control the information available to our people. They manipulate public opinion, elect whomever they want locally and nationally, and never expose the crooked money system. They promote school bonds, expensive and detrimental farm programs, "urban renewal," foreign aid, and many other schemes which place the people more deeply in debt to the bankers. Thoughtful citizens wonder why billions are spent on one program and billions on another which may duplicate it or even nullify it, such as paying some farmers not to raise crops, while at the same time building dams or canals to irrigate more farm land. Crazy or stupid? Neither. The goal is more debt. Thousands of government-sponsored methods of wasting money go on continually. Most make no sense, but they are never exposed for what they really are: siphons sucking our Nation's economic lifeblood. Billions for the bankers, debts for the people. Controlled news and information So-called "economic experts" write syndicated columns in hundreds of newspapers, craftily designed to prevent the people from learning the simple truth about our money system. Sometimes commentators, educators, and politicians blame our financial conundrum on the workers for being wasteful, lazy, or stingy. Other times, they blame workers and consumers for the increase in debts and the inflation of prices, when they know the cause is the debt-money system itself. Our people are literally drowned in charges and counter-charges designed to confuse them and keep them from understanding the unconstitutional and evil money system that is so efficiently and silently robbing the farmers, the workers, and the businessmen of the fruits of their labor and of their freedoms. Some, who are especially vocal in their exposure of the treason against the people, are harassed by government agencies such as the EPA, OSHA, the IRS, and others, forcing them into financial strain or bankruptcy. They have been completely successful in preventing most Americans from learning the things you have read in this article. However, in spite of their control of information, they realize many citizens are learning the truth. (There are several millions of Americans who now know the truth including former congressmen, former revenue agents, ministers, businessmen, and many others). Therefore, to prevent armed resistance to their plunder of America, they plan to register all firearms and eventually to disarm all citizens, in violation of the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. A people armed cannot be enslaved. Therefore, they only want guns in the hands of their government police or military forces--hands that are already stained with blood from countless acts of gross negligence and overt homicide, both at home and abroad. NOTE: Most of the people I know have been paying attention, therefore they know at least 95% of the following information. I choose my friends based on their high level of intelligence and integrity. Several people have e-mailed me requesting more information about the significance of October 17th, 2005, and also what exactly is the "October Surprise" about that is being discussed on the low in powerful political circles. Now October 17th, 2005, is the date when the new bankruptcy laws go into effect, and also the little known fact that this will change the U.S (corporate) bankruptcy Status from a Chapter 11 Reorganization to a Chapter 7 Liquidation. The foreign creditors that own most U.S. citizen's bonded birth certificate security, will now be able to come in and liquidate all of their tangible & intangible assets. Yes, including the people aka U.S. citizen, because based on unrevealed non disclosed "adhesion contracts" they will be held as surety for their Strawman.
The people fall under the category of intangible assets and thus have the "privilege" to work off their personal debt & the national debt (see # 11) in one of the up and running National Concentration Camps located through out the country. (see # 12). All that's missing is another 9-11/"national emergency". If you're watching the news I'm sure you see how they are mentally preparing the people to accept the Al-Qaedaians as this months new demon terrorist. What a perfect excuse to take away whatever residual rights left from 9-11. It is advised to keep Chicago US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald in your prayers as he seems to be one of the few people that has the guts to try and bring these tyrants to justice. (see # 15)

MEXICAN INVASION STARTS
Are Americans ready to slice our country in two with the widest super highway every built? The NAFTA Super Highway is on the way, cutting right through the heartland of America, if patriotic Americans don't put a stop to it. It won't cut through Florida, but it will, without a doubt, affect all America. The planning is well underway, even the financing. It's international planning and the internationalists seemingly will do anything and everything that they wish. But Americans need to recognize that we still have a Constitution, a Congress and a Senate if we will demand to be heard in person and at the ballot box.
The internationalization of roads has begun. The Bush administration is quietly planning this quarter-mile wide road, Interstate 69, 1600 miles long, connecting Mexico, the U.S., and Canada. It is planned to stretch from Laredo, Texas to Duluth, Minnesota with 10 vehicle lanes (three passenger vehicle lanes in each direction), truck lanes (two in each direction), six rail lines (three in each direction), two tracks for high-speed passenger rail, two for commuter rail and two for freight. A right of way of 200 feet for oil, gas, eledctric and water lines is planned.
What's the purpose of such a limited access super highway dividing our nation right through the middle? The stated purpose is to "allow containers from the Far East to enter the United States through the Mexican port of Lazaro Cardenas," crossing the border in FAST lanes, checked electronically, with the first customs stop at a Mexican customs office in Kansas City where a $3 million facility is being built for Mexico at U.S. taxpayers expense. The "Far East" sounds familiar---a special road to expedite products produced in Red China at the expense of American business, industry, and jobs. Isn't that just what our country needs to further bring us to our knees?
Sounds incredible doesn't it? There's more. It won't really be an American road at all for financing is be provided by a Spanish firm. It will be a toll road so you can guess who will collect the tolls. The Texas Department of Transportation has already signed an agreement with the firm. The Bush administration has blessed the project and the Federal Highway Administration announced two years ago that the first segment of the road had been granted "experimental project status."
Construction could begin before the environmental study was complete. The Supreme Court ruled in 2004 that environmental reviews were not required. Whatever happened to endangered species, wetlands, and all the ecological considerations of the past to hinder American foresters and landowners? Americans are always given the shaft.
What about all the land involved? Of course, thousands of acres of farm and forest land, towns, and cities will be affected. Property rights will be ignored to make way for the dream world of the internationalist. Phyllis Spivey of NewsWithViews writes: "Our shredded borders will open fully to trucks, busses, and people from all points north and south, the trucks delivering products and services once produced in the U.S.A. by Americans." Multiplied billions of dollars would be involved in such a project. Any estimates at this time would no doubt multiply as the project went forward.
But much more is involved. Our very nation is at stake. This is part of the Bush/Fox/Martin plan of 2005 labeled Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) that we have reported on in the past. It means loss of American sovereignty, the overrunning of America affecting not only the heartland States, but all America. Are Americans prepared for such an invasion and such a slicing up of our land, allowing foreign vehicles free access to our country, sealing off our people from one another no doubt with limited crossings or tunnels of a quarter-mile wide, dividing and destroying farms and ranches, and paying tolls to foreign governments on roads that were once free?
It is my hope and prayer that we are not ready to accept this---that there are still enough TRUE Americans left who will be stirred to stand up, be counted, write, speak, and vote their opposition to legislators who are surrendering America piece by piece. The Constitution Party stands opposed to all such agreements with foreign governments that would endanger our national sovereignty and the freedoms provided for us in our Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution, and Bill of Rights.
