FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY FEMA WAS "NOT" CREATED UNDER CONSTITUTIONAL LAW BY CONGRESS! IT HAS THE POWER TO SUSPEND LAWS, TAKE OVER BANKS, TRANSPORTATION, AND INDUSTRY! THUS, RIGHT NOW, YOU HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OR DEMOCRACY! FEMA IS ALSO ESTABLISHING CONCENTRATION CAMPS ON AMERICAN SOIL AS WE SPEAK!
"The infrastructure is set up. There are at least 130 concentration camps—quietly modified facilities which have sprung up and continue to spring up across the country, seemingly devoid of activity, yet requiring strange accoutrements such as barbed wire-topped fencing (with the tops turned inward) and helicopter wind socks. Most have good logistical supportability, with major highways and railroad transport facilities adjacent to the sites.
The OMEGA File - Concentration Camps Federal Emergency Management Agency Although an excellent article, the January 1995 edition of Monitoring Times' magazine published only a tiny portion of what FEMA has been tasked by Executive Order to perform. FEMA was brought into existence by E.O. All the frequencies I have for FEMA follow my comments here: Federal Emergency Management Agency [F.E.M.A.] [and other emergency agencies]:
F.E.M.A. [Federal Emergency Management Agency] has been authorized for the past 15 years by Presidential Executive Orders to confiscate ALL PROPERTY from the American People, separate families in the current 43 internment camps [already built and operational by the way, 5 of which are located in Georgia. The largest can confine somewhere on the order of 100,000 American citizens], called relocation camps by the 'government', for assignment to work camps; declares martial law and TOTALLY OVER-RIDES the U.S. Constitution.
Presidential Executive Orders that are related or control this are given at the end of this. Two of the state prisons here in Georgia are currently empty, although manned by a minimal number of staff, have been setup and intentionally unpopulated by prisoners just to support this political policy.
Concentration [internment] Camps. An Executive Order signed by then President BUSH in 1989 authorized the Federal Emergency Management Agency [F.E.M.A.] to build 43 primary camps [having a capacity of 35,000 to 45,000 prisoners EACH] and also authorized hundreds of secondary facilities. It is interesting to note that several of these facilities can accommodate 100,000 prisoners. These facilities have been completed and many are already manned but as yet contain no prisoners. [Remember all the TALK of over-crowded prisons that exist...]. In south Georgia there are several state prisons that except for a few guards, are completely devoid of prisoners.
Under F.E.M.A., the Executive Orders which are already written and is the current law of the land, calls for the COMPLETE suspension of the United States Constitution, all rights and liberties, as they are currently known. The following executive orders, which are in the Federal Register located in Washington DC for anyone to request copies of, call for the suspension of all civil rights and liberties and for extraordinary measures to be taken in, as most of the orders state, "any national security emergency situation that might confront the government." When F.E.M.A. is implemented, the following executive orders will be immediately enforced:
E.O. 12148 - FEMA national security emergency, such as: national disaster, social unrest, insurrection, or national financial crisis.
E.O. 10995 - "... provides for the seizure of ALL communications media in the United States."
E.O. 10997 - "... provides for the seizure of ALL electric power, petroleum, gas, fuels and minerals, both public and private."
E.O. 10998 - "... provides for the seizure of ALL food supplies and resources, public and private, and ALL farms, lands, and equipment."
E.O. 10999 - "... provides for the seizure of ALL means of transportation, including PERSONAL cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and TOTAL CONTROL over all highways, seaports, and waterways."
E.O. 11000 - "... provides for the SEIZURE OF ALL AMERICAN PEOPLE for work forces under federal supervision, including SPLITTING UP OF FAMILIES if the government has to."
E.O. 11001 - "... provides for government seizure of ALL health, education and welfare functions."
E.O. 11002 - "... designates the postmaster general to operate a national REGISTRATION of all persons." [Under this order, you would report to your local post office to be separated and assigned to a new area. Here is where families would be separated].
E.O. 11003 - "... provides for the government to take over ALL airports and aircraft, commercial, public and PRIVATE."
E.O. 11004 - "... provides for the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, designate areas to be abandoned and establish new locations for populations."
E.O. 11005 - "... provides for the government to TAKE OVER railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities."
E.O. 11051 - "... the office of Emergency Planning [has] complete authorization to put the above orders into effect in time of increased international tension or economic or financial crisis." All of the above executive orders were combined by President NIXON into Executive Order 11490, which allows all of this to take place if a national emergency is declared by the President. The burning and insurrection in Los Angeles in the case of Rodney King could have executed [and partially did execute] these Executive Orders.
Executive Order 12919: "National Defense Industrial Resources Preparedness" signed by CLINTON June 3, 1994, delegates authorities, responsibilities and allocations of F.E.M.A.'s Executive Orders [last entry] for the confiscation of ALL PROPERTY from the American people, and their re-location and assignment to 'labor' camps. The Executive Order also supersedes or revokes eleven (11) previous Executive Orders [from 1939 through 1991] and amends Executive Order 10789 and 11790.
This executive order is A DECLARATION OF WAR AGAINST THE AMERICAN PEOPLE by the [Secret] Government of the United States in concert with the UNITED NATIONS. Operation Dragnet. Janet Reno can implement this operation upon receiving one call from the President. Arrest warrants will be issued via computer to round-up over 1 MILLION PATRIOTIC AMERICANS who may 'resist' the NEW WORLD ORDER. Americans who are not 'politically correct.' Specifically mentioned are CHRISTIANS or those who read the Bible. Concentration/internment camps have already been built to accommodate these American prisoners. See above paragraph as these internment camps have been setup and are run by F.E.M.A.
Operation Rolling Thunder.
Reno has mentioned this operation which comprises county-wide sweeps of house to house, dynamic entry, search and seizures for all guns and food stockpiles by B.A.T.F., state national guard, activity duty soldiers, as well as local police. This function is also run and coordinated through F.E.M.A. Public Law 100-690 banned almost ALL RELIGIOUS GATHERINGS [not yet enforced..]. GOTO: HR 2431 (Note: When and if this is enforced, this will be a blatant defecation upon the BILL OF RIGHTS, and in this event every true American is allowed -- and in fact it will be his and her Patriotic DUTY -- to implement the clause within the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE to OVERTHROW such an alien or FOREIGN tyranny-structure which has like a tape-worm infested the governing 'body' of America. - Branton); grants no-knock search and seizures without a search warrant; expands the drug laws to include EVERY American. This will generally be the prelude, or in addition to, a F.E.M.A. operation and contingency plan implementation.
The Omnibus Crime Bill of 1990.
Ensures confiscation of all private property via money laundering, environmental violations of the Clean Water and Air Act, and extends as far as child abuse. This act also coordinates activities through F.E.M.A. and the Department of the Army, Commanding General, U.S. Forces Command, Fort McPherson, GA which is the executive and implementing agency upon initiation of many of these acts. The responsible agency within U.S. Army Forces Command was what used to be known as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Plans Division [DCSOPS, Plans], which was changed several years ago to J-3 after the Headquarters became a joint headquarters. They keep on file copies of all F.E.M.A.
Emergency Management Operation Plans, including those plans developed by the Army to support the F.E.M.A. plan to eliminate the U.S. Constitution upon implementation. According to current plans, the Constitution will be 'temporarily' discontinued and shelved until the real or perceived and declared 'threat' has been neutralized (ask yourself -- who or what is the REAL threat that needs to be 'neutralized'? - Branton). But once 'shelved,' as with almost every other action of the Government, it STAYS shelved.
The Crime Bill of 1994.
Banning of all military weapons which are necessary to the formation of a militia [when needed], denies other military equipment to the people's militia units (that's OK... the average American gun owner can legally acquire this 'equipment' from off the DEAD BODIES of UN/FEMA-backed gestapo forces when they break-in to our homes to steal our personal property or try to take us and our families prisoner without due process of law. - Branton), prelude to confiscating ALL guns in the hands of private citizens, DESTROYS the 1st Amendment, and makes virtually every American an outlaw. See above comments concerning the house-to-house search. The agency responsible for the actual implementation and search is the Department of the Army in concert with local and state police, including F.E.M.A., FBI, BATF, and other Federal Agencies.
SECRET UNDERGROUND BASES.
There have been documented over 60 secret, VIRTUAL CITIES, UNDERGROUND, built by the government, Federal Reserve Bank Owners (such as the 'Rockefellers', etc. - Branton), and high ranking members of the Committee of 300 [some of these under-ground areas can be seen in Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas]. In additional, there exist underground Satellite Tracking Facilities which have the ability to punch your 911 address into the computer and a satellite can within seconds bring a camera to bear on your property to the point that those monitoring can read a license number on an automobile in your driveway. These facilities have as of Oct. 1, 1994, been turned over to the [foreign power of the] UNITED NATIONS. (Note: Forget the license plate, according to information released by Norio Hayakawa, this satellite technology is now so sophisticated that they can CLEARLY read every word on your driver's LICENSE supposing it were in view of the satellite.

*Opelika* WWII German/Italian POW camp now being renovated.
Alaska:
*Wilds* of Alaska possibly East of Anchorage. No access by road however, there is a railway system. Facility holds 500,000 and will be used for forced labor.
Arizona:
*Ft. Huachua, Arizona* 20 miles from the Mexican border, 30 miles from Nogales. -Rex 84 program- Emergency Custodial Facility.
*Florence* WWII German/Italian POW camp now being renovated. *Pinal County* -Gila River-Renovated WWII Japanese-American special internment detention facility.
*Yuma County* -Colorado River- Renovated WWII Japanese-American special internment detention facility.
Arkansas:
*Ft. Chaffee* Has a new runway for aircraft, new detention camp facilities with cap of 20,000 prisoners.
*Chicot/Drew Counties* -Jerome- Renovated spec Interment camps for Japanese Americans WWII. *Descha County* -Rohwer- Renovated WWII Japanese-American special internment detention centers.*Blythville AFB* This base was closed but is now being used as a camp location. New wooden barracks have been constructed at this location. This camp is surrounded by high wire topped with barbed wire, and has guard towers.
*Berryville * FEMA facility located east of Eureaka on hwy 62. Mark Korneke claims that it is located near Tyson's property.
*Omaha * FEMA facility located on Hwy 65 south of old wood processing plant. It is on an old dirt road that leads to a toxic waste dump. Note: The facility in Ms. is also located on an old toxic waste dump.
California:
*Oakdale Ca* 90 miles East of San Francisco on HWY 120. Holds a minimum of 15,000 people -REX 84- program Emergence Custodial Facility.
*Vandenberg AFB* Located midway between San Louis Obispo, and Santa Barbara. The base is on HWY 1 and close to WHY 101. REX 84 program, Emergency Custodial Facility.
*Ft.Irwin* Irwin is a remote Mtn region south of Death Valley, National Monument. This base is designated as inactive however, there is a concentration camp located at this facility about 30 miles from Interstate 15 in Barstow.
*Inyo County* - Manzanar- Renovated WWII Japanese-American special internment detention center.
*Modoc County* -Tulelake- Renovated WWII Japanese-American special internment detention facility.
*Sacramento Army Depot* No specific data at this time.
Florida:
*Avon Park* -- No data available -
*Camp Krome* Located near Miami Dept of Justice detention and interrogation facility.
*Elgin AFB* This base is greater than 50 miles long extending from Pensacola Bay to HWY 331 in De Funiak Springs. It is adjacent to Interstate 10 on the North and the Fort Walton Beach vacation spot. REX 84 program, Emergency Custodial Facility.
Georgia:
*Ft. Benning* Located East of Columbia near the Georgia/Alabama state line. -REX 84 program-Emergency Custodial Facility. Prisoners from all over the U.S. may be brought in via Lawson Army airfield.
Unadilla,Ga Macon County; Located on east railroad street, Plunket road leads into the facility 1 1/2 miles from Unadilla on county road 230. This is a FEMA prison manned and staffed but no prisoners.
Oglethorpe, Ga. Macon County; facility is located five miles from Montezuma, three miles from Oglethorp. Traveling south on highway 49, located on the west side of the highway. This FEMA prison has no staff and no prisoners.
Morgan, Ga.Calhoun County; I-75 exit 32 to 300 south to Albany. Take highwa y 234 to Morgan. Go through Morgan taking highway 45 south. The FEMA facility is 1 1/2 miles on the right (west) side of highway 45. This FEMA facility is fully manned and staffed but no prisoners.
Camilla, Ga. Mitchell County; from Camilla take highway 19 south, travel 5.4 miles from 37/19 junction to Mount Zion Road, turn left (east) on Mount Zion Road. The FEMA facility is located on Mount Zion Road aprox: 5.7 miles south of Camilla. This facility is not manned or staffed and their are no priosoners.
Hawkinsville, Ga Pulaski County; located on fire road 100/ Upper River Road, 2 miles west from alternate 129 North 257 / 112 east. Five miles east of Hawkensville. This FEMA facility is fully manned and staffed but no prisoners.
Abbeyville, Ga. Wilcox County: south side of Abbeyvilleon highway 129 (Broad Street) off highway 280 (Main Street). This FEMA facility is fully manned and staffed but no prisoners.
McRae, Ga. Telfair County; 1.5 miles west of McRae on highway 134 (8th street). The FEMA facility is on Irwinton Ave. off 8th street. This facility is fully manned and staffed but no prisoners. Idaho:
*Jerome County* -Minipoka- Renovated WWII Japanese-American special internment detention facility.
*Kooski* PLUS 50 miles East... Near Lolo pass * moose Creek Unmanned and their is a near by landing strip in or near a national forest.
Illinois:
*Marseilles* It is located on the Illinois river off Interstate 80 on HWY 6. It is a relatively small facility with a cap of 1400 prisoners. Though it is small it is designed like other concentration camp facilities with high fences topped with barbed wire and guard towers. Being located on the Illinois River it is possible that prisoners will be brought in by water, air and ground. Note: This facility is relatively close to Chicago, Illinois.
Indiana:
*Thousands of acres* located just out of Indianapolis, Indiana holds a large Concentration camp facility complete with barracks, high fence, razor wire, towers, turnstyles, a railroad, helicopter landing pads, and what appears to be three large furnaces with 3inch mains on one of the buildings. (Picture on page # 1) This is a massive facility, completed in 1996.
*Ft. Benjamin Harrison* A U.S. Army facility located on the outskirts of Indianapolis will be used to hold prisoners of the NWO.
*Ft. Wayne * FEMA Detention facility

Kansas:
*Leavenworth* U.S. Marshal's Fed Holding Facility PFP. *Concordia* WWII POW German/Italian POW camp being renovated. *El Dorado* Federal prison to be converted to U.N. forced labor facility.
Topeka* 80 acres converted to a holding camp for anti-New World Order prisoners.
Kentucky: *Louisville* FEMA Detention facility
*Lexington * FEMA Detention facility.
Louisiana:
*Livingston* WWII German/Italian POW camp being renovated.
Maine:
*Houlton* WWII German/Italian POW camp being renovated.
Missouri:
*Richards Gebaur AFB* This facility is located in Grandview, A large civilian internment facility has been built on this facility, and base personnel are restricted from the area.
Michigan:
*Kincheloe Correctional Facility* (Formerly Kincheloe AFB with B-52 sized runways). Has five large prison buildings able to house 5000+. The facility has about 500 prisoners at this time. Location: 20 miles south of Sault Ste. Marie (Soo Locks) at the eastern end of the Upper Penninsula of Michigan. *K.I. Sawyer AFB* Large construction program has been going on under the name of "Operation Gateway". The closure of K.I. Sawyer AFB (another SAC facility) and the transition to an international airport for "over-the-pole" flights to Russia have marked this as a prime location as a detention and deportation terminal to the Gulags of Russia. High security is in place with a large portion of the base closed to civilian view. Location: 20 miles south of Marquette, MI in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan.
*RACO Field* Raco field is an interesting facility. The above ground runways form a perfect triangle. Few buildings appear on the surface, but ventilators can be seen. Civilian workers report that a subsurface facility exists. Patriot intelligence gathering patrols have been stopped and turned back from the area. No publicity exists indicating what the role of Raco Field is, although something IS there. To observers, it is an "inactive WWII base." Location: 15 miles NW of Kincheloe Correctional Facility on hwy 28.
*Bark River* A large construction operation is ongoing in the Bark River, MI, area. Locals are tight-lipped. The facility is off the main highway in a wilderness area. While most of the locals say that the construction is associated with the ELF (extreme low frequency) project of world-wide communications, others suspect FEMA is involved. (note: the ELF grid is located 100 miles NE of the Bark River area) Location: 20 miles west of Escanaba in the upper penninsula of Michigan. *General observations* Railroad beds and bridges are being rebuilt. It is observed that newer bridges are built stronger for what may be heavier transport. Reports of "highways to nowhere" are also coming in. The Upper Pennisula is a prime location for detention facilities. Only five highways access the entire penninsula, while huge runways and military complexes in remote/ isolated areas appear across the area. Canada and Russia are due north. Incoming flights via Gateway would be virtually unnoticed and unrecorded.
*Bay City* Sits on Saginaw Bay which connects to Lake Huron. Prisoners may be brought in by ship from either the United States and Canada. This facility has high fencing, barbed wire and guard towers.

*Southwest area of the state* FEMA Detention facility

Massachusetts:
*Fort Devens Prison complex* 1/4 mile long structure, and fenced area. In Aire Massachusetts. The under ground part is extensive.
Mississippi:
*Hancock County* - The NASA facility at this location has two camps the first being located at the end of Kiln road at Waveland, and then the next road after ammo road at the Post Office. The second camp is located in the center of a rest station back from the Interstate. Inmates from the Hancock County jail claim they have worked details involving the delivery of food to these camps under the supervision of U.N. Guards. One individual claims that one of these camps is full of Europeans, Men, Women and children all within the same compound. He said that the U.N. Guards stationed there were severely beating the prisoners who appeared to be involved in forced labor. Though it is impossible to verify this information at this time I did hear a recorded interview with this inmate, and he sounded very sincere.
Nebraska:
*Scottsbluff* WWII German/Italian POW camp being renovated.
*Northwest corner of state * FEMA Detention facility

Nevada:
*Elco * There is a prison facility 10 miles out of Elco.
*Wells * Camp is located in the O'Niel basin area, 40 miles North of Wells, and West off HWY 93, 25 miles.
*Winnemucca* Camp is located at the I-80 mile marker 112, on the south side of the road and 3/4 miles off of the road.
*Wells/Winnemucca* Camp is lcated near the base line of the mountains. Reno Nevada PLUS 150 miles east south side of road if your headed west, 150 yards off the road.
New York: *Ft. Drum* located in upstate New York, probable location for Eastern area processing of people, located near the St. Lawrence river and access to Lake Ontario. Both waterways may be used for transport. Located very close to Canada.
*Watertown* FEMA Detention facility
*Albany * FEMA Detention facility
*Buffalo * FEMA Detention facility
Ohio:
*Cleveland * FEMA Detention facility

Pennsylvania:
*Indiantown Gap Military Reservation* Located North of Harrisburg, Pa. Used for WWII POW camp and renovated by Pres. Jimmy Carter. Was used to hold Cubans during Mariel boat lift.
*Camp Hill* Camp Hill Pa located off I-15. Sits across the navigable Susquehanna River from Harrisburg. Close to Cumberland Army Depot and the Camp Hill Correctional facility.
*Crossville* WWII German/Italian POW Camp being renovated.
Texas:
*Ft.Hood* Ft. Hood has a newly built concentration camp, constructed complete with towers, high fencing, and barbed wire.
*Mexia* WWII German/ Italian POW camp being renovated.
*Amarillo* FEMA Detention facility
Utah:
*Millard County* -Central Utah- Renovated WWII Japanese-American special internment detention facility.
*Skull Valley* Camp William property - west of the old bombing range South/southwestern portion of Camp Williams This camp was discovered by a man and his son who were rabbit hunting, they were discovered and apprehended.
*Utah Lake* 15 miles south of Saratoga Recreation center 200 - 300 yards off the road Black wire 40 to 50 feet tall, made to look something like a golf driving range. *Cedar City* East of Cedar City Utah - no more data -
Washington:
*Okanogan County* Borders Canada and is a site for a massive concentration camp capable of holding hundreds of thousands of people who will be used for slave labor. This is probably one of the locations that will be used to hold hard core patriots who will be held captive for the rest of their lives.
Wisconsin:
*Ft.McCoy* Located in Western Wisconsin 30 miles East of LaCrosse between the point where 90 and 94 intersect. REX 84 program, Emergency Custodial Facility.
*Central part of the state* FEMA Detention facility.
Wyoming:
*Park County* -Hart Mountain- Renovated WWII Japanese-American special internment detention facilities.
*North Central part of the state * FEMA Detention facility.
*Southeast part of the state * FEMA Detention facility. Southwest part of the state * FEMA Detention facility
East Yellowstone - Manned facility Investigators were apprehended by European soldiers , unable to identify the language used by the foreign soldiers, American government helped clear the situation. A PUBLIC DEFENDER IS A "JUDAS GOAT" FIND AND POST THE LINCOLN PRIVATE PAPERS NON-CONSTITUTIONAL, AND UN-CONSTITUTIONAL ARE NOT THE SAME THING.
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO STOP THIS? Probably nothing. BUT it's worth a try. Write, email and call your state and federal representatives and demand that they repeal all Executice Orders (EO) pertaining to the creation and implementation of FEMA, and demand that it be undone, wiped out, destroyed forever. Start you own campaign to inform folks of what is coming and help them get orgainized to stop it and reverse it. Demand that all of the camps be DESTROYED NOW! Demand that all foreign troops on American soil must be removed NOW.
Start your personal war against FEMA and the NEW WORLD ORDER today! By using your computer and anyother media possible to get the word out and stop this evil.
It has been reported to me by a friend who is friends with a FEMA director of a certain state, that FEMA is to declare martial law and suspend the Constitution and take over the US at midnight, year 2000. The logic being that America will be in caos because of the Y2K computer glitch. The thought is that Americans will welcome the "assistance" and submit to this "temporary" take over of the United States of America.

Some had previously had WWII camps but they had been dismantled.

The Internet has been buzzing for the last week or two with discussions and frantic e-mails of concern about Congress' so-called "Progressive Caucus."
I'm a little surprised, since I first wrote about this group of socialist subversives back in July -- warning that its approximately 60 members, including Maxine Waters, Barney Frank and John Conyers, represent a large, unyielding voting and lobbying bloc pushing the government inevitably toward the goals of its Democratic Socialists of America sponsors. I referred to the group then and again now as Congress' Red Army Caucus. No other shorthand description could possibly do them justice.
Think about it. There are at least five Bolsheviks on the House Judiciary Committee. Do you think anything -- any evidence -- could ever persuade them to break with their party line against impeachment of William Jefferson Clinton. Imagine the outcry if there were five members belonging to some other extremist hate group -- American Nazi Party, Ku Klux Klan, etc.
Yet, there's no moral difference. The Democratic Socialists' goal is clear from their own literature. The goal is Communism. Never mind that the history of that system is littered with more death, oppression and destruction than any other "ism." Never mind that it has been discredited everywhere it has been tried. The DSA believes the right people just haven't been in charge. They want to try it here -- in the United States of America.
Make no mistake. These folks are revolutionaries. They may dress in suit and tie. They may not carry guns and bandoleers. But the Red Army Caucus in Congress is at the vanguard of a Communist movement that has no respect for the U.S. Constitution, individual rights and the freedoms America takes for granted today.
Their rhetoric is a little more sophisticated at times than Stalin's, but the goals are the same -- a dictatorship of the proletariat, that oh, so elusive worker's paradise, re-education camps, you get the picture.
Don’t YOU get the picture? In www.worldnetdaily.com there was a complete list of the members of this organization in Congress. Do you “believe” this is news to the “republicans” in Congress? How about the “republicans” who ran against these “democrats”? Do you realize how easy it would be to defeat such a candidate as would allow themselves to be listed on an internet site as a Socialist/Communist? Simply build your campaign around the admitted association, and add in a little of the published goals admitted on the same site. Yet not one of these people, these admitted Communists, had a campaign ran against him/her on such issues. This could not happen unless the fix was in from the republican “leadership” putting such campaigns off-limits.
Perhaps the following will explain to you what is really going on:

It's the "freedom-loving, lower-tax, smaller government" Republican Congress which has given us the new National ID cards, the so-called national "deadbeat dad" and "child immunization" tracking centers to track ALL Americans, national gun registration (coming Dec. 1), limits on how much cash you can withdraw from your own bank account without explanation to the government, new laws which will soon allow armed soldiers to patrol our airports with M-16s, looking for "drug smugglers and terrorists" (the former harmless, the latter non-existent ... so far), armed ATF agents murdering California gun store owners in their shops, armed U.S. Marines murdering little shepherd boys in Texas... and which in its spare time has passed the Clinton-Feinstein "gun-free school zone" bill... twice. Why?

You see, there is reason why no matter who gets elected to office in DC, nothing changes, but the answer is going to seem to you to be that impossibility mentioned above. Back in the late 80s, when Bush was president, ABC's Nightline ran a special report on camps that had been built to house possible terrorists. The Arabic community in the Detroit area went ballistic because Arabs were the popular terrorists at the time and there was quite a bit of coverage in the local media.
According to our local media, Michigan's Senator Levin was instrumental in getting congress to authorize 43 of them. It somewhat puzzled me at the time because the senator is Jewish and I thought he would be fighting against something like these camps.
There is a need for POW camps, but in the light of Project Megido, I'd rather have any prisoners of war be contained in our local jails and prisons and just do away with this concept.

Anyone have any info about all the old Amtrak rail cars showing up recently at their Beach Grove Indiana repair facility? I don't believe most of these scenarios but this one really hit me when an employee said they had fitted them with high tech security controls on the doors and windows. I have never been on a train. Maybe this is just standard equipment for modern cars.

I went to school at Fort Ben Harrison back in the 80s. The base is completely open. There are no fences, no guard shack, and nothing there that could be used as a prison.
In fact, the base brig had long since been converted into a photography training school.
Granted, that was close to 20 years ago, but the base buts right next to urban areas and it is difficul for me to imagine them turning it into something that could be used as a concentration camp.

You are absolutely correct! I have been on that post many times for DRMO sales until they ended a few years ago. This is a post with no guards at the gates. You just drive on and off. It was the financial center for the Army. I guess they could have put up some razor wire since I've been there, but strongly doubt it being so confined within Indianapolis.

My sister in-law had bragged about her boyfriend that worked there and was making big overtime money installing this stuff. I never paid any attention to it until some of these threads. This was last June or July. I can't verify his words personally, but I live close enough to Beach Grove to make some inquires on my own if there is enough interest

I was in the grocery store the other day just doing my usual shopping. When I went to check out, the clerk asked me, and the people in front and behind me, if any of this food was stockpiling for Y2K. I thought that was a: none of their business, and b: rather an unusual question to ask local shoppers. I told them it was none of their business what I was doing with the food I bought, and made sure I paid cash for it. They wanted me to use the card issued by the store for the purchase. This is not a credit card, but one used for getting "deals" that other shoppers don't or won't get if they do not have a "store card." I told them nothing I had was on sale, and did not give them the card. Made them kind of nervous, as I was the only one in line that did not acquiesce to their questions about my intent for my purchases.

Thanks. What I've heard is that this particular Amtrak station had thousands (millions?) of dollars of renovations done to it, then six months later it was shut down. I've also heard that the windows have been bricked up.

Administration's plan to bug America

A newly de-classified FBI document confirms that Attorney General Janet Reno appointed Webster Hubbell to a secret computer chip project intended to bug America.
The document, a 1993 letter from FBI Director William Sessions to Reno, was obtained from the Department of Justice using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
The FBI letter to Reno states: "During the June 30, 1993, meeting with the National Security Council staff to discuss the status of the Presidential Decision and Review Directives concerning key-escrow encryption technology and telecommunications trends, which was attended by Associate Attorney General Webster Hubbell, the issue of a recommended solution to the law enforcement access problem, or the digital telephony issue, was discussed."
The Department of Justice withheld many of the documents seen by Hubbell, including a secret report from the FBI on "Requirements For the Surveillance of Electronic Communications."
The June 30, 1993, letter from Sessions to Reno states that the Whitewater figure attended a secret White House briefing on U.S. computer chip policy. In 1993, President Clinton considered mandatory legislation for a special computer chip called "Clipper" to be manufactured into all U.S. computers. According to a secret FBI report from 1992, the Clipper chip contained a "exploitable feature" which allowed the federal government to intercept and decode computer communications.
The letter proves Reno appointed her trusted Assistant Attorney General Hubbell to oversee the secret National Security Agency (NSA) encryption chip project in 1993. According to documents obtained using the Freedom of Information Act, Hubbell attended at least one other meeting at the National Security Agency headquarters in May 1993, along with White House lawyers Vince Foster and Bernard Nussbaum.
Reno has been heavily involved in the making of computer security policy of interest to China since 1993. She has also supported a view to monopolize the computer security industry under the federal government.
One 1996 CIA report noted that Reno wanted to monitor all American domestic computer communications such as e-mail, using a technique to secretly intercept and decode any messages. According to CIA Director John Deutch, the government would mandate all computers be equipped with a special "back-door" system called "key recovery." Federal agents would use a secret "key" to secretly enter a back door and read any computer communication.
According to the 1996 report to Vice President Al Gore by Deutch, Reno proposed an all out federal take-over of the computer industry. The Justice Department, proposed "legislation that would ... ban the import and domestic manufacture, sale or distribution of encryption that does not have key recovery."
Prime targets for monitoring would be foreign governments, banks, corporations, and individuals opposing the Clinton administration. The keys were to be held by "key recovery agents" licensed by the Commerce Department.
According to congressional investigators, documents from Hubbell's personal schedule for 1993 show that the Whitewater figure met multiple times at the White House on a top-secret computer chip project called Clipper. Hubbell met with then-National Security Council adviser George Tenet. Tenet is currently the director of the CIA.
According to Tenet's secret White House e-mail, Ron Brown insisted that the Commerce Department be one of the key holders or be in charge of licensing key holders.
Hubbell resigned from the Justice Department in April of 1994. In late June 1994, Lippo boss James Riady met with John Huang and Bill Clinton during five days of White House visits. Early the next week, a Lippo unit paid Hubbell about $100,000.
In December 1994, Hubbell pled guilty to several felony charges relating to illegal billing in the Whitewater affair. Webster Hubbell also cited his Fifth Amendment rights to not testify before the Senate hearings.
Two weeks after the Lippo money was given to Hubbell, John Huang got his job at the Commerce Department as assistant secretary. Huang's position determined technology transfers that went to places such as Indonesia and Communist China. Huang and his wife, Jane, have taken the Fifth Amendment.
As a Commerce official, Huang, a fund-raiser for the Democratic National Committee and employee of the Lippo Group, was briefed 37 times on encryption communications by the CIA. Immediately after each briefing, Huang would walk across the street to the Lippo/Stephens Group offices and make long distance phone calls and send faxes to points unknown.
Key recovery or key escrow is a government back door system designed to secretly monitor computers. Key recovery has a big downside, according to a former top Clinton official. Key recovery can be abused by foreign powers to perform economic espionage against the U.S. or worse, to monitor political opponents around the world.
"Can key recovery be used against dissidents and political opponents?" questioned Admiral William McConnell, the former National Security Agency director under President's Bush and Clinton. "In a word, YES."
Admiral McConnell is considered the father of the Clipper chip.
Hubbell's role in Clipper raises the specter of economic and military espionage at the highest level -- Orwellian computer chip technology abused by oppressive foreign governments, targeting their citizens and Americans around the globe.
In fact, it was the "exploitable" feature of Clipper that worried U.S. government officials. The FBI director wrote two major papers to Clinton NSC adviser Tenet early in February of 1993. The FBI documents reveal that Clipper had flaws which could compromise all the computers so equipped.
The FBI director wrote: "This design means that the list of chip keys associated with the chip ID number provides access to all Clipper secured devices, and thus the list must be carefully generated and protected. Loss of the list would preclude legitimate access to the encrypted information and compromise of the list could allow unauthorized access."
The Clipper flaw worried other U.S. government officials. NASA decided to decline to use any Clipper device. In 1993, Benita A. Cooper, NASA associate administrator for management systems and facilities, wrote: "There is no way to prevent the NSA from routinely monitoring all encrypted traffic. Moreover, compromise of the NSA keys, such as in the Walker case, could compromise the entire system."

The role of Hubbell and Hillary Rodham Clinton at the Rose Law Firm goes much deeper than the Whitewater land fraud. During the 1980s, Mrs. Clinton and Hubbell worked on a secret NSA project for a Rose client. This, too, is also clearly documented by FOIA request. Mrs. Clinton, Hubbell and Vince Foster worked on a NSA contract for Systematics of Arkansas, a firm then owned by Riady partner Jackson Stephens.
Nor is the involvement of the Riadys, Huang, Hubbell, Foster and Mrs. Clinton in a White House scandal a conspiracy theory. In 1993, the Arkansas travel firm Wide World Travel was selected by Hillary Clinton to replace the illegally fired Presidential Travel Office staff. Wide World Travel was then owned by the Lippo Group.
The new FBI letter is clear evidence that Reno is in conflict of interest. She is NOT investigating the penetration of Chinese military agents inside the Clinton White House. A real investigation of the Chinese intelligence operations involving advanced U.S. secure communications should involve Hubbell, Reno, Bill Clinton and the first lady.
However, no FBI agent wishing to keep his job will show up at Reno's door to ask questions -- much less try to interview Mrs. Clinton. Reno can only avoid charges of direct conflict by immediately appointing an independent counsel to investigate possible treason by the president of the United States.
